- Hello guys, I’m sorry for the clickbait 😫 it’s not really clickbait though, they did buy me a concrete mixer truck! 😂
Let me know if you guys are interested in seeing P.O. Unbloxing videos and if you guys would be willing to send me stuff to open for a video… ?🥰

If I'm being honest, these videos are not getting old. They show how diverse one day is from the next. If there's one thing that does repeat itself it's your dynamic personality and that will never get old. Something that would be fun is to share what you do on your days off
Aw thank for this comment!! I love this kind of feedback! And you read my mind because I’ve been saving clips to put a video together about what I do on my time off work, will be posting it soon! But thanks again, enjoy your weekend 🤘
❤❤
Then quit watching
@@ChristopherTohillbe cool man we’re all friends here
@@robertdonahue588 exactly 🙏
I don’t know why the TH-cam algorithm thought I would be interested in videos about a concrete mixer driver, but I’ve been watching you for months and have enjoyed every single one of them. Your personality and dialogue are dope!
Same 😅
who knew that concrete life could be done with such elegance and grace.
Right!
U are saying that cause she is cute
@MrAresxy07 YES! After 43 years of crumby ass drivers coming on jobs, it's nice to see her with the enthusiasm of doing her job.
The gifted mixer was pure comedy 😅 It’s not repetitive, I think the mixture (pun intended) of the cooking, driving, the work, and you talking one on one at the end makes for great videos. Keep up the great work!
That's a distribution box, you'll notice it has several holes on the side where you can run drainage lines into then it fills up with water and it allows whatever liquid to go evenly out through different pipes evenly. The box has to be perfectly level so that's why you put concrete around it once you get it in place. This might be a septic system they're putting in but I wouldn't think so being in the city. It's probably for stormwater management.
The other thought I had was it may be an electrical vault and conduit would be run the same as drainage lines.
Her hair, eyes, & smile, what a beautiful combination!
Yeah, she’s too cute!
Don’t forget bout the cooking
She’s too famous to reply tho
She is a very beautiful young woman and a great driver.
You would be surprised she does reply. She just can’t with so many comments 😎Dave H
11:42 - Hilarious! Too funny. I initially thought it was a REAL Mixer you received. 🤣🤣😆
She's got a great sense of humor. An all around a great personality, her boyfriend is a lucky guy.
Loving the gifted mixer lmao. The pipe that pumps excess concrete into your hopper is called a Candy Cane. At least that's what we call it over at our plant :). Keep smiling pretty lady.
Omg that’s the cutest name ever, I have never heard someone mention that😭 thank you for the comment! Enjoy your weekend
@@lexflowaz Next time you are on site and the pump is cleaning out you should ask them where the candy cane is, and see how they react to it haha. I am curious if that term is widely used. Thanks! Have a great weekend yourself 😊
@@Shredderof_POWDA haha okay I’ll try to get it on film next time! maybe I’ll ask a few of them and see what they say thank you
@@lexflowaz Yes, please do. It would make my day to see it on video.
Lunch bandit 😂😂😂
Hi Lexie... believe me, your videos are not getting old or repetitive. Each one is an adventure and watching you work each day is something to always look forward to. You bring happiness and joy to a lot of people so keep doing what you are doing and keep the great videos coming......:)
Aw thank you so much this is an awesome comment! You stay safe now
Lexie, you’re so genuine,so hard working, and so family oriented. You give me hope for the future of our wonderful country and our American values. Stay with it and enjoy your life!!!!
Aw thanks! Those are such kind words, I will definitely always stay true my morals 🙏

Hello! The vault looks like an electric utilities vault with all of the recessed knockouts for pipe accesses but may also be a septic tank. The cast iron casting on top of the vault should identify its use whether it is electric, sewer or septic. The 3 sack sand backfill is used instead of having to backfill with the soil around the perimeter of the vault. A 3 sack mix is low strength (usually less than 200 psi to allow for future removal or access to the vault. Also it is sufficiently strong enough compared to compacted soil.
She mentioned a transformer (I think) so likely electrical. Holes for conduit.
Yeah, not likely septic in Brentwood or Santa Monica, those neighborhoods are way too posh for a septic system, especially Brentwood. If anything, it is massive electrical service install.
yes! this is definitely a vault, the pipes that run into it are called duct bank, and sometimes they don't backfill but pour instead.
You all are correct. That is a concrete vault for an electrical transformer. When you require larger service on a site, the city can't possibly fit all of the service transformers in the street since the streets are so small, so the owner needs to place a concrete vault in their yard.
Utilities vault .They're building a big pretty house, they're not putting up/parting with any land/space for a building for transformers, and they don't want to see/look at them. It's a vanity issue.
Was definitely one of your brothers who stole your lunch, i did the same thing to my sister 😂
BAAAAAAAGGGHH 🤪🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂👍🏽👍🏽
LOVE THE MIXER !!!!
Excellent job picking out those rocks from the pump grill. . Definitely saved the pump from a block.. . LEGEND !!!!!!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Those enchiladas look tasty. Your videos are cool to watch, the life of a concrete mixer driver. Very interesting.
From an old VW to a brand new cement mixer! WOW! You’re Amazing!
Yes, open a PO Box, I think it's a cool idea.
This is top tier trolling.
I am new here. Just saw this video recommendation and watched some of your other vids. This is interesting! A young Latina driving & operating a concrete mixer truck in L.A, California! 🙂 Just my honest opinion -- Perhaps, do not rush to get a P.O. Box yet, and think about it. You might also get flooded with marriage or dating proposals. Also think about personal safety such as, someone else should visit the post office. I see some other suggestions of an Amazon wish list or maybe Patreon.
That RC Mixer is so cool hahaha awesome gift. Love watching your videos and learning about concrete.
I just love your videos, I had injured my spine back in 2015 and I have trouble leaving the house but watching these videos is my way of getting out to the job sites so keep it up and thanks for getting me to the job
Glad to see the playful side of Lexie coming out🤠
I enjoy the details on your various deliveries! When you throw out the ready-mix lady lingo…”I got ten yards of 4000 psi with a 4 slump I start bouncing off the walls” 🙃🙂🙃🙂
😳😳😂😂🤣😂You had me sold ,on your new mixer that was so classic.brah im still cracking up atm….that you for sharing another great video Lexi..keep the content. Coming .we your fan’s salute you🤙🤙🤙alohaz
I love your videos. I don't think they are repetitive. As someone in the construction and land development industry, every job site is different, and that's what keeps your content fresh. Keep up the great work. 👏👏👏
Keep up the great work…..love that you are young and a very hardworking…..need more young ones like you working hard
Hi Lexie, I used to drive mixers in New Zealand my birth country, never a dull moment, and some jobs we delivered to were challenging. I now live in Brisbane, Australia. I love your videos, thank you for sharing. My girlfriend is from San Diego, California, and she now lives in Melbourne, Australia. We move in together permanently, by the end of June. However, I came across your channel just over a week ago, and have been watching since then, religiously. I wish you success and happiness, and I cannot wait to see other content you are working on, such as what you do on your days off. Maybe a food vlog. like you taking us on a journey to your favorite cafes and restaurants, giving us feedback on what you think about the food you eat and your recommendations, now that'll be cool. Your smile, by the way, Lexie, is infectious..all da best Liam Williams
Aw thank you so much for your comment! I enjoyed reading this.
Australia sounds so cool, what made you do such a change? That’s so interesting!
And I’m glad you mentioned a video about what I do on my off days because ones in the works already! Thank you again and have a great weekend!
@@lexflowaz Although New Zealand is super incredible to live in, it can also be expensive, but in saying that, Lexi, New Zealand has free healthcare, and free education, and women who go on maternity leave from their respective jobs, get paid while on leave. What made me change, I'm assuming you mean why did I leave New Zealand to go to Australia? My girlfriend after 13 months of only ever spending time with one another during our chats on Google Chat, Facebook Messenger, and TikTok. So on June 16, we get to meet each other in the physical sense after a very lengthy LDR{Long Distant Relationship}. By the way, you are good enough to be a model
Another day another job. You seem to make the best of every one! Such a great personality and hard worker! Yer parents must be proud. Be safe, take care!
1... Don't sweat the AC... turn it on.. Your engine should handle it NO PROBLEM. It looks like a fairly recent year truck. 2... It looks like the big concrete box in the ground Might be a Septic Tank. Although you'd think that in that area they would be hooked into the City Sewer... Ooh, By the way, I had a 1974 KW T500 Conventional for about 3 years. I pulled Flat Beds with Bagged Black Top mix and I owned a 40 yard 3 Axle Dump Trailer.
You go girl!! Keep doing what you're doing!! Never give up!!
PS.. I LOVE THE Rosey in your truck 🙏🏽❤️🙌🏽. God Bless, Stay Blessed
Thanks for dropping this vid, it made my day. I enjoy your positive vibes. Glad to see a young lady rowing the gears behind the wheel. Gives me hope for the future. Keep on trucking. Hoooonk hoooonk.
Enjoy your videos a lot. And thank you for the different angles. A lot of drivers on just show the road. Its cool to see the aspect of start to finish. Stay safe out there.
Lexie, love your energy! I see how hard you work you truly are an inspiration with all hard work opportunities and dreams come true!
I feel the same about A/C I like Windows open. Also really enjoy your creative filming/ editing style. Cheers !
I have poured well over million yards of mud so I have seen many drivers that can't drive half as good as u. Just wanted to let u know your awesome an keep up the hard work it will pay off one day. Oh yeah thought u drove an automatic but it's a stick young lady u r the bomb wish more women were like u in America the world would be a better place. Thanks for everything u do.
Aw thanks for the comment! Very kind words 👍🏻
hi lexie - your videos are not getting old or repetitive...being yourself and authentic is what makes you you and builds your brand, don't change a thing 😊watching all the way from Cape Town, South Africa - happy and safe concrete miles 😎🚛
It's not getting repetitive. Love watching u work. Keep the vids coming! Your doing amazing 👏
I love that you love your job. Lexie you have a GREAT attitude and are fun to watch.
Lol, what a great way of letting us think you had a new truck. Love it.😂
I dont know how it could be Gloomy there? You are truely a Ray of Sunshine! Your Smile and your Positive attitude is simply Wonderful! Have a Great day!
Awww haha that was smooth, thank you! Have a great week
I got a feeling your channel is about to explode.💥 Keep up the great work!
Dude, your production team is on point, the cuts, also your sound team…kudos to your staff!!
You're awesome! I love everything about you. No more girls like you these days. Keep up the good spirit. God bless!!
The start of your own fleet! ❤😂
I drove a mixer here in Texas for 5 years we mostly did foundations for new houses and we would use the BIG pump trucks. The money was great sometime doing 25 hours of overtime but those hours were so terrible , I love your enthusiasm keep up the great job.
Try driving dumps....never stop moving.
Raiders☠️🔥
I’m a 5 year concrete finisher and I must say you are a diamond in the rough. Keep up the good work love the videos
All's I'ma say much respect and congrats on yur new mixer truck Ms Flores👊💪 been on a lotta wildland fires in Cali never got to site see always wanted to. But now that Yur videos r out I can site all I want from job to job site lol enjoy Yur day 👊
I believe the concrete box in front of the house is basically a utility "room/basement". It's where all your connections for everything go to. Power, Gas, Water, Internet etc. From there, they run everything to the house. Keep up the great content! Oh, and if you're in Brentwood, you took the 10 West and most likely got off at Bundy and went North.. lol Diggin the new truck!
😊that main chute must be an aftermarket chute so the back end is shorter so that's why it spills from behind, next time you go to the shop ask for an original chute for that drum
Great video. You too much had me cracking up when you showed us the mixer. But In all sincerity. Your showing all of us that nothing is impossible. When you put your mind too it. Skies the limit!
Great Job Lexie…You’re Awesome ❤❤
I’m just impressed how you get in-n-out of those tight side streets.
Be Blessed, and may The Lord Bless you and keep you, always.
Girl, I was all excited and happy to see the brand new mixer and you came up with a toy 😂😂 OMG
Hola Meja,,, you just made my afternoon so much better now!!! Great video as always!! Stay golden beautiful!! Ooxx, Trent
I love your brand-new mixer truck ... it was very nice of the person to gift it to you. Thanks for all the cool vids =)
There is nothing wrong with the content you are using right now. Awesome that you show us some of the sites that you deliver to and narrow streets that you manoeuvre your vehicle through. As a driver myself who had to deliver into some really tight spots with a trailer you're doing a really great job. I'm all about watching your job routes and on the job drops and sneak peeks of where and what the pour is for. Keep up the great work .... oh and your gran must be just chuffed with her grand daughter driving a huge truck😅😂
I think Im in love .😂❤😂❤
Love your smile, when you dance is my favorite. Also love your out of mind conversations 😂😅
Im screwed lol
Holy shit. That’s great!!! I can’t think of a better person to receive that !!! You have earned it. So beautiful inside and out 😊oooohhhh you had me. So cute
Iam a mixer driver in the uk, I am new to this and loving it so far. great to see how you do things in the USA compared to the UK.
I subbed your channel a couple days ago & have watched several videos. You're definitely on to something here, please keep going. I love your content, you're beautiful & great in front of the camera! I drive 18 wheeler across country but getting ready to switch back to oilfield work. I've always wondered about mixer trucks, it's great to see how your days go. ❤
Have an awesome weekend as well! I truly enjoy watching your videos. If I was a young person watching, I would be totally fired up about being a mixer driver just because of the enthusiasm you show for your trade. II will be 58 in just a couple of days and I’ve only been a mixer driver for a year, I guess better late than never. You are right about the air condition. The engine has to work harder so it’s not your imagination lol. I hope all your dreams come true and that from this platform, the sky is the limit for you and this is only the beginning, I think it’s really cool that you’re able to work with your family and drive a big truck. My only question is… How do you stay so clean at the end of my day I look like I’ve been swimming and concrete and unless it’s an easy day, where I just have a few pump jobs, but usually no matter how hard I try I never look as clean as you do at the end of my day, keep be safe. God bless you and you are a pleasure to watch an encouragement for all of us!
Watching you do ready mix and listening to you shift is the best
Lexie, yes yes 👍 on the P.O. Box. 📦 you got me on your gifted Concrete Mixer. You should do a live video at home. Your so cute in your Safari hat😎Dave H
The clickbait 😂😂

Your editing is so funny, I seriously laugh every video. Keep it up!
Congratulations on your new mixer. That was great that you actually made it go in the site. Enjoyed the video
i love the way you back up that cement truck
Videos are not getting repetitive at all Lexie. you always manage to do a few things in each video that make me laugh or take interest in the jobs you go to. The RC mixer was brilliant. enjoyed the cooking as well...cant believe someone stole your food though..the shame. Loads of love from the UK.
I love your content. I have even watched a lot of your videos 2 times! Keep the content coming lexie.😊
Love the little truck all of your videos are amazing and thank you so very much for sharing them with us
We just had a slurry job and it was nothing we have ever done before. Cement and water. That’s it. All to fill an old gas line. Usually we do a flowable fill, mostly Txdot jobs. Keep up the good work.
just loving watching any of your videos. what ever you produce, is good enough for me
Lexie the star of the show! Thank you for all you do and for the videos, each job is interesting. Save and/or invest all the money you can! Thank you for being a good person, smart, humble, down to earth.
keep the videos coming girl i really enjoy them
The title sure had me fooled... but I sure had a good laugh when you showed your new mixer!! Keep up the good work. Loved the video : )
Your such an Amazing Person I’m so Proud of you and your such an Amazing Driver the places you have to go into and backup Wow and the concrete mixer truck that someone gave you is so Awesome thank you so much for making me smile and thank you for sharing your videos 👏🏽

Keep on doing that hard job , you can do it , go on girl 🎉🤗👍🏼
I like the unboxing at the end of the video sounds fun can't wait to watch stay safe and God bless you
Those chicken enchiladas looked so good! I had to pause the video and get a bite to eat 😂
For being 22 you are doing one hell of a job in life it might not seem like that to you but you are keep up the great work you are doing.
Good video Lexi. Yer a real pro driving that mixer yo!😎😃.
Really enjoy your vlogs also helps that your cute driving a concrete truck much love and respect from New Zealand ❤ leeeeets gooooo 🤙
Lexie! Fun fact for you!
The AC in almost all combustion engines are belt driven!
So indeed it is true that when you turn on the AC that you lack power form the engine since the belt connects to the engine and needs to power the AC
Hope this clears things up for you
That new mixer is amazing! Have fun
Lexie!! Great video.. every one gets better with the creative editing, music and new content. I also think you are a confident driver. I like when that car came towards you on that tight road and you just kept driving and brushed the bushes a tiny bit. 🙄
Hi Lexie I've seen quite a number of your vlogs ..i fine them very interested.... You certainly know how to drive the wagon you have .... keep up the fantastic work on the vlogs that you do... You are certainly one of the prettiest wagon driver I've come across in a very long time v
Take care Lexie
I'm pretty new here like 2 months, love your videos and learn more about this job. Love your smiling and let us see most of the jobs you doing and what they making, really interesting.
I also have a request if its possible maybe you can show us also how the truck geta filled with concrete? I cant find it anywhere in your videos..
thanks for the fun videos ❤
Not repetitive at all, you are showing (most of) us a trade that is not commonly seen. Add in your humor, talking about your missing lunch was funny as heck. Keep doing what you are doing, and be very cautious with the mail box idea. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
i can watch this video all day i have learn so much about mixer driver thank you and the food you fix is awesome love see that in your video
That’s so awesome! Felicidades! Now get to pouring the crete. 😁🤙🏽
I was wondering where the mud that was going into your drum was coming from. You got me w/ that truck, lol. Good job at building suspense in your videos.
Awesome video. The P.O.Box might be cool, but for me I like weekend Vlogs sometimes.
Yes that would be cool to do unboxing videos! I bet you will get a lot of cement trucks! Keep up the great content!
U do a great job with your videos. ❤ looking forward to the next one.
You make the videos interesting, your content is just an extra plus! I have two friends who do this type of work so I'm learning a lot about how things are done! Thanks for sharing such interesting! ☺ content! ☺☺
I drive a super tag and always see you around. Keep working hard 🤙🏽
I think the mixer driver are under appreciated . You are the face buyers see. You all have schedules that change daily. Remember, drivers getting off shift and returns a few hours later. To make another 30k yard plus pour. Then, no work for a bit. Fest or famine. I was hdr/welder and operator.
Was wondering do they put ice in the mix for summer heat? We do here because of the heat
Summer is almost always 100° plus.
When you were going down the road and that car came at you and added that Screaming overlay , I was Cracking up! That stuff is so funny! Just like when you Photo bomb. Thats Funny too!
Hey mija I love that you learned to shift gears I'm retired of 25 years OTR and local I drove a belly dump you know about that driving a trompo....God bless you 💪👊✌️
