I guess, the doctor disclosed the case history to the chief should have some "Chief doctor syndrome". This guy literally made the chief to explain about the case without the ptx history 😅. Good and very detailed discussion from the chief doctor.

I think renal function tests should also be addressed as the history indicates,otherwise nicely presented and nicely described and teached by dr gireesh Kumar.lot of love💕

Don't think so coz he's already diagnosed of ckd so medications must be there superaddedly albumin is taken care of to control further hyperproteinuria as would have been in ckd as nephrotic.
Also as kidney is already compromised the chief Dr pondered upon to treat the next most perfused tissue brain as in hepatic encephalopathy.
I don't think rft would help much in here.

In AkI also there may be ascitis and encephalopathy..so l also think,there should be an investigation for RFT
