Maine v ek product based company me assignment test dia tha Jahan pe maine 1 ya 2 mark k liye kat gya tha lekin wo HR bohat hi kind tha so he gave me another chance to attend and maine 2nd time attend kia is bar thoda number achhe aye lekin coding question jo tha maine pura solve nhi kar paya aur wo HR mujhe call kar k sab kuch bataya ki tumhare coding me number bohat kam aye hai isliye we can not consider you but u tried your best . I like the way he talked with me and helped me during the assignment.

I have a gap of 7 years , I have done MCA are there chances that I will get job as sales force admin
I will suggest learn both admin plus dev part. There are less opening only on admin so if you have career gap learn both part.Then there will be chances🙂

In 2-3 years i believe u will have substantial growth if you will learn Salesforce developer
Just don't stick to one organization
After getting some good experience and learning try to switch to another organisation which will help in hike in your salary.
