Definetly change how you wear your crossbody bag. I was experiencing terrible neck and shoulder spasms and pain. Then I changed how I wear my bag. Voila! It helped so much. As always my friend it was nice to visit with you!
If you do proceed with a screened porch, make sure that the existing deck can take the added weight of the structure and roof and any snowfall on the roof in winter. (You and Marion probably already know that!) Suggestion: consider putting in a skylight or two in the roof to keep things light, figuratively and literally. I hope that becomes a reality in your future. All the best, :)
I'm glad your arm was feeling better. I know how that feels but this time I decided I was going to fight back for a change. So I used the paint that you told me about and started painting my bedroom. I ever rearranged my office, it's actually in my living room but since we never used it and no company it became my office. Another great video. I love to see your family life, it is so different to mine here in the UK. I am sorry to hear that you are in pain - I do hope that your shoulder gets better soon. It's funny that you should mention the crossbody bag. A few years ago had really bad pains all down the right-hand side of my body and it hurt to even just lift my arm. I couldn't for the life of me work out what was causing it. It just so happened that it was my birthday and I was gifted a shoulder bag, which I carried on my left side. After a week or so the pain in my right side started to subside. I now realise that it was the crossbody bag that was causing the problem. On the odd occasion that I have used one since the pain starts to come back. I use a backpack for university so that the load is evenly distributed. Your meals always look delicious and I could just reach into the screen and steal a biscuit or a piece of cake. LOL. Until the next video take care and look after your shoulder.

I love watching rain and storms too. I too want a screened in porch just to sit out and watch them roll in. It's my favorite thing to do. We love the weather at my house. My 11 year old wants to be a meteorologist one day.🙂
I wish we could get some rain here in Norcal. It is much cooler here today but still 91 but I can tell it is not going to be over 100. And that is great!!!
If you buy some over the counter Voltaran cream, I think your shoulder would feel much better. I had worked for along time in the yard on Saturday and I was in misery. My husband put the prescription Voltaran on me and I felt so much better the next morning.

I have problems with my left shoulder as well. I have to wear my crossbody on my right shoulder. My husband cleans the kitchen like Marion does! Haha. Load the dishwasher but not wipe counters or stove.
I use a cross body purse as well and naturally wear it over my left shoulder. At times that shoulder starts hurting so I’ve started alternating to my right every other time (when I remember lol). It seems to be helping.

I had to switch to satchel handbags. Every time I carried a shoulder bag, I ended up with terrible pain in my shoulder and back. I stil have to be careful when carrying anything with my right arm and shoulder. Diann
I found v light knapsack. & then u can put ur camera & heavy grocery. Find them great less hurtful. Divided weight .I started using while on holiday & holiday. U probably have some in the house💐🤩

Baked the sausage for about 45 minutes at 350. I added about 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup breadcrumbs.
