We hope that by sharing this new disease diagnosis that it'll help someone else out there experiencing the same issues. In case you missed our previous videos, Jared was diagnosed with a rare disease called Eosinophilic esophagitis (e-o-sin-o-FILL-ik uh-sof-uh-JIE-tis). It is a chronic immune system disease. With this disease, a type of white blood cell, called an eosinophil, builds up in the lining of the tube that connects your mouth to your stomach. This tube is also called the esophagus. This buildup, which is a reaction to foods, allergens or acid reflux, can inflame or injure the esophageal tissue. Damaged esophageal tissue can lead to difficulty swallowing or cause food to get stuck when you swallow.
Eosinophilic esophagitis has been identified only since the early '90s, but is now considered a major cause of digestive system illness. Research is ongoing and will likely lead to revisions in the diagnosis and treatment of eosinophilic esophagitis.

Hi! OMGOODNESS! So happy for the update! I searched for you two...three Finny too! I’m sorry for all you both (all) have gone through. I have been praying and (totallly understanding) but...ugh! So happy to know what’s going on. I have to go for my annual endoscopy in a few weeks and I have always been so nervous about something like that happening to me but so grateful for the help of having my esophagus stretched and being able to eat without choking. Chicken and salad is the worse thing when I get close to the endoscopy. Bless you all with hugs and love! 🦋🥰🙏💕 Keep strong 💪 as I know you both are in faith and love! 💗🙏💗

It so good to see Jared looking so much more relaxed and sounding so much better. Britt, you look much more at ease with the whole situation as well. For two people who claim to have been taking it easy you sure have had a lot going on but you are young and I'm an old lady so my life is pretty quiet most of the time. The airshow looked pretty great to me. I haven't been to one in person in ages but I still remember the sound of the jets flying past so close.

PLEASE DON'T LET ANY DOCTOR STRECH YOUR ESOPHAGUS! Most of the time, it will tear. Drs. Stop doing it because they tear. I am going through similar issues. I have Achalasia, and I am dealing with a lot of swallowing issues. I'm glad to see you are doing better. Miss you guys ❤

Hey Jarrett and Brett, thank you so much for the update and keeping us posted and sharing a little bit about what’s coming up what’s going on. Thanks for sharing a little bit of the airshow or the action that was going on. That was amazing. I have seen a few air shows in my time there’s one that comes in the end of the summer. It’s for the exhibition if you ever heard of the ex here in Toronto, it’s our big carnival festival with major tons of food vendors new foods old foods Different shows you can go and see shopping. A lot of things that you can see from seen on TV you you know things that you would see on TV and they sell stuff like that but there’s plenty of rides and games for all ages stuff for kids and the kids won’t be so bored and then there’s an amazing show. Usually that happens a light show last time last year was last year. It was the year before I believe there was a drone show that was amazing with all different colours and what not. But aside from from all this and sharing a little bit about me because I’m from Canada in Ontario and in the city where I live very close to Toronto Ontario, but like to know a little more about you guys before coming to TH-cam and doing the videos that you’ve done, but I’ve seen, what you guys do for a living what kind of job did you both have or do you still have jobs or is your full-time job? Just curious because I’d like to know a little more about you than what I do know but I’m onto the next video and then I’m pretty much caught up with what’s been going on. thank you for keeping us informed and you have a great upcoming weekend. ❤❤❤❤

I just wanted to tell you what I used for acid reflux besides pantoprazole is Tamer. It is a power you put in acid foods such as coffee and tomatoes sauces and it cuts the acid. Just a suggestion. Take care and hope all goes well for you from now on.

Just want to say I had a barium swallow test as a 17-18 yr old. It tasted horrible but that wasn’t the worse part just make sure you get it out of your system and walk!! They gave me castor oil and oj and I threw it up! Then the barium set up like concrete and I couldn’t breathe, thought I was having a heart attack! It was miserable!! They made me walk more so the gas would release!! Saying prayers for you both!!

Im so glad you're feeling better 😂, i have missed you so much, i have just adopted a dog 🐕 she was left in a house 🏠 on her own, the family just sold the house and moved out, she is a English setter cross with a ??
