Well, she put down her saw and picked up her spoon. Those candies looked so good. I am 85 and don't cook anymore, but if I did , I would be up to my neck in chocolate. You are such a gracious, sweet and caring person. I hope you and family have a Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas Roxane, Anthony and Wyatt. I'll be making these tomorrow. I bake lots of cookies to give way for Christmas but my oven went crazy yesterday. Waiting for a part on Monday. .I have all your ingredients in my kitchen. Thank you for the recipes and have a wonderful holiday.

I used to make a lot of Christmas candies in my younger years when boys were young and at home…it’s sweet of you to share gifts of candy with your community friends..Merry Christmas 🎄
i was also making chocolate peanut balls, brownies, macrons, and lace cookies. All with some either all chocolate or drizzle the macrons and lace cookies, It chocolate day.
Gee this was fun watching. Back when I was your age at Christmas I used to make Bonnie's Quickies and give them out. Makes you feel good to do that. There is going to be some happy folks running around. Enjoyed and thanks.
Roxane, you remind me of my mother. When I was little (76 now) at Christmas, our kitchen would blossom with peanut brittle, apple pie, peach pie, apricot pie, cherry pie, coconut creme pie, pecan pie, mince pie, banana pudding, german chocolate cake, yellow cake, bundt cake, angel food cake, ribbon candy, and ievinity candy. Yes, every bit of that and more. There would be tins of cookies for gifts and bowls of nuts on the table, ham, turkey, sometimes briscuit! And every bit of that (not exaggerated in the slightest) through the Christman/New Year season. The best part was that since my birthday was (is) January 9, I got special treats after new year! My mother was probably one of the greatest cooks of her time and I miss her terribly. May you all have a joyous Christmas and a profitable new year!
Roxanne wish you would have a cooking channel.❤love how I can follow your recipes.and you show each thing very helpful after I am 10 years post stroke . You really help do recipes easy. . Merry Christmas Everyone and have a Happy and Healthy 2025. Hugs from Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 ☃️🌲💞 love all your families videos..
Hi, it is nice to know someone does the same as I do. I used to make some for all of my Sons School Class. I made lots of Chicolate also for Fruends and I also made Chocolate Christmas Trees. I sometimes Toll my Truffles in nuts. I have lots of Candy and Nuts Treats for Christmas. It is so Rewarding
All of those candles looked delicious Roxanne. You are such a fantastic cook and baker. I can tell every recipient of those candles will love them! Hugs you. You are a kind and giving person and I'm so happy to be able to enjoy your channels ❤❤
I remember all the fudge that my grandma made and all the different types of cookies that my other grandma made. My wife every year make chocolate fudge and then white chocolate and peanut butter fudge. Then she makes the Christmas sugar cookies, peanut butter cookies, I make the butter Danish cookies and peanut brittle. Thanks for sharing your candy recipes I'll have to try your peppermint bark candy it sounds so good. Merry Christmas from mine to yours.
Yummy! I for sure want to try the rice crispy treats! Thanks for the recipes and for showing the process! I wish you and the family a very Merry Christmas 🎄 😊🙏❤️
Yes I was just sitting here at the age of 69 thinking back to past Christmases. I miss my mother's 10 types of cookies she had ready before Christmas, nut breads, and fudge. I don't really bake or do much anymore. Merry Christmas to you all!!
I was never much of a cookie maker, but I used to make chocolate fudge (with a candy thermometer so I'd know when to remove it from the stove), peanut brittle, buckeyes, "thin mint" cookies with Ritz crackers, toffee bars and lemon bars every year to pass out to family and friends at Christmas. It's been several years now since I've done all that unless someone requests something. Have a Merry Christmas!!!
Will definitely be trying your Tecipies my own a different. I also make jars if Soiced fruit. I use all these things for Gift Ifeas and lots of dufferent Cookies from other parts of the World. My typing is awful but I am busy doing things for Christmas. I also make Special Breads and Cskes from different Countries. I love doing it all. So happy you live doing this as well
2 of my friends & I would take 2 weeks of making candies , cookies every Christmas. We'd stay 1 week at one friends house and 1 week at mine. Was alot but we gave most away to our families and neighbors. My 2 neighbors never knew who dropped off the boxes full for like 10 years, until 1 year I thought they weren't home from work yet and they busted me. 😂😂❤❤
Some of my fondest memories of the Holidays over the years were the homemade goodies that special family and friends shared with us. We looked forward to them each year. I’m sure you’re making memories for each recipient of your special treats. ❤❤❤
If you add a spoonful of shortening or coconut oil to your melted chocolate chips it’ll make coating chocolate. It sets better & has a bit of a shine too.
Why is there not a Rox's Country Road Kitchen where we order these yummy treats? You can't buy marshmallow cream in a jar in the UK and I'm not at all sure what the UK equivalent of semi sweet chocolate is 🤔 I just want Roxane to make it and sell it all 😃
The WEATHER is very important when making candy! It won’t set if it’s raining! Just finished my Christmas candy today. I make a ton of candy every year for gifts. I use LorAnn candy flavoring for all my candy, including peppermint bark, a little goes a long way. I made 8 different candies. I try something new every year out of one of my Gooseberry Patch cookbooks. This year it was a cream cheese fudge. Idk what I think about it. Brickle, peanut butter balls & candied pecans are my favs.
Merry CHRISTMAS from our homestead to yours, tomorrow is my baking day. Cookies pies and candy. And rum balls Turtles are easy, Carmel pecan milk chocolate
Hey Rox, made your peanut butter krispies, They are so good! Wanted to make the fudge, but couldn't find the marshmellow creme. Bummer, will make the truffles next! Great recipes!
So nice of you to share your candy recipes. I make all of them but have never made the peppermint bark with both dark and white chocolate. I'm going to try that tomorrow. I also have never put peanut butter in my Rice Krispie treats nor covered them in chocolate, it's always good to see different recipes. I'm going to try the truffles those look easy as well. I make fudge but never used the fluff. I'm going to try that as well. I'm going to put my kids and grandkids on a sugar high. lol. Nice work. Thanks for the tweaks. Merry Christmas Rox, Anthony and Wyatt!' 🎄🎅🏼🤶🏻

Hey Rox that candy looked delicious, was making me very hungry. 🌲🌲🇨🇦
Tip, spray your spatula with pam and the marshmallow will slide off easy. 🤶
I heat in microwave first then it comes out of jar really fast
Happy Holiday 🎄 Anthony , Roxanne & Wyatt 🎅🤶🧑🎄
