  • Ron passed away on 23 Feb 2019. His wife and brothers were at his side. 18 members of cadre he trained at TPC were running a large training class. He insisted they do that - students were always first for Ron.
This was, to us, his most powerful video, in terms of helping students do what Ron felt was the biggest thing they needed to overcome - vision - or Seeing What You Need to See.
We miss him. We will carry on his tradition.

I didn’t know Ron passed away. One of the greatest. I took a class with his TPC staff last year, best shooting experience and most professional training I ever received. R.I.P. Ron.

Ron, I never had the opportunity to train with you and I wish I did as many have. You are a true scholar and will be missed but never forgotten. Rest in peace, Ron.

I remember and pass it along to my students "DOORBELL SPEED AT THE END OF THE EXTENSION". Such a personable man and an excellent instructor. I'm not sure why, but his DVD's are nowhere to be found. I have my own set of course. RIP sir, you're in heaven but your instructional DVD series will carry your legacy.

What can I say about a guy that I never met but was so presente and influential in my development as shooter and firearm instructor? After started to watch his videos I changed my mind about shooting. Share knowledge is one of most noble ways of solidarity. Unfortunately, my plans to have a live class with this legend never will happen. R.I.P, Ron and my condolences for all TPC and Family. From Brazil

Ron, rest in peace. I started to shoot IPSC a few years back when I finished Police Academy, and went through a bunch of youtube advices. None had the impact as Ron's. He is singlehandedly responsible that I shaved my first shot from holster from 1.2 s to 0.8 s and all that with a 11 minutes instructional video. He even responded me with my enquiry on FB. Great man, methodical instructor, and a gentleman. I never write comments anywhere, but you deserve it. Allign those sights up there, you legend.

I heard about his passing. One of the best in the industry. My condolences to his family. You will never have another instructor like him. Never took a class (regret) but my brother took a three hour class and said he is unreal as a shooter.. RIP
