Someone else made the mods for my remasters so it's up to them to make one for the new release. Maybe one day Capcom will actually update the soundtracks :(
I think so. In the reveal trailer (/watch?v=PLFMaakr_xg) at the end where they show the pre order bonus, the music gallery shows a track called "Pursuit - Uncover the truth". Since the pursuit track from the first game is called "Lying Coldly", this must be the name for the pursuit track of Prosecutor's Gambit
