    Hi!
I am swedish, the dish clothes are mostly called "Swedish dish cloth" in english and they are spongy 😉. We mostly call them Wettex-duk because Wettex is the most common brand.
They can be washed in the dishwasher, in the washing machine or boiled clean in a pan on the stove. Most kinds are compostable tho not all.
We use them for cleaning all over the house, with just a tiny amount of warmish water and perhaps some dish soap or if someone spilled something.

They sound fantastic. Of course I would want an authentic one. 😁 I need to search online for one! 😊

@@Thegrocerylady im also swedish and its exactly like anna says. Everyone in sweden uses these and wettex is the most common brand. I googled the brand you had in store and I thought they were sooooo expensive. 6,50$ for 1 cloth. We pay like 3-4€ for a 10pack. And I saw they also make beeswax wraps. I use Swedish beeswax wraps and I also buy raw beeswax and make my own. And when I compare where I get my from againt these something just doesn't add up. Just for reference.

This store reminds me of Thrive Market here in Wisconsin! Same thought process, not a place to do all your shopping but a good place for special things! We also have a store chain called Woodman’s which would blow your mind! I don’t care what you are looking for, you will find it there! Really good produce but one of their “claims to fame” is their aisles of ethnic food choices! Downside, their stores are huge! You can spend hours in the place if you don’t know your way around! Woodman’s is employee owned!

We have those Swedish dish cloths in Finland too. :) The trick is: before every use to rinse it well, then twist dry (so it's left just a little damp). After that it absorbs very well. When it's totally dry, it's like bent cardboard and doesn't really work... :D

Kumquats are meant to be eaten with the peel. The inside is extremely sour, the sweet peel is what makes them edible. Lurpak and golden syrup are also popular here in South Africa

    Hellow from Denmark 😄
Lurpak is a brand of Danish butter, from the company Arla, it is super delicious to use in baked goods or with roasted veggies and if you are not into salted butter (which is almost unheard of over here), their unsalted butter is SO good! compared to other options I have tried. I would definitely recommend that you try it at least once.🤩
I love to follow your videos and see what differences there are in both selection but also prices.
I clearly think we need more options in this country to be able to buy in bulk and thinks that is one of the reasons some prices on e.g. nuts, seeds,
toiletries, meat and milk is getting Sooo high over here. 😬
I hope that one day I will be brave enough to possibly be able to share what a shopping trip over here looks like. 🤞🏼

That store is awesome! What a great selection! It reminds me of Whole Foods.
I live in Florida and you can eat the skins of the kumquats.
The darker orange ones are sweeter.
I use to pick the fruit right from the trees.
    My grandmother had coconut trees.
The brown part you see are from the middle of the coconut. You need to get a screwdriver & hammer to get to it.
There's coconut milk inside that you can use.
My grandmother could strip a coconut like no one's business! She never let a coconut go to waste!
She made the best coconut cake!

So jealous of all your store options! My area is extremely limited on shopping options. In my actual town we have a Walmart, Kroger, Giant Eagle, Aldi, small locally owned IGA, all 3 dollar stores (family dollar, dollar general, and dollar tree), all 3 chain pharmacies (CVS, Rite Aid, and Walgreens), and a Lowe's. If we go across the state line into the next town over we add a Sam's club and a home depot and that is basically it without driving 2+ hours to a bigger city. Pretty much all of our stores only carry the major mainstream brands so you are extremely limited if you are looking for low carb, gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, etc. I so wish a Meijer or Target would come to our area and give Walmart some competition since they are basically our only option for non- food and non- home improvement type stores! I've had to do most of my Christmas shopping online the last few years since both Toys R Us and Kmart closed in our area severely limiting our toy selection to like 4-5 aisles at Walmart! 😭

However, I did like that they had a lot of more “specialty” items and a lot of organic options in the dry foods. The produce looks old and the meats looked (and actually were) expired.
