I really liked the idea of scrapmechanic and I just wanted to watch everything I could about it, then their multi-player videos sucked me in and ive been watching since. It's kinda crazy that I started watching them in like 5th grade and now I'm at our community college for aircraft maintenance, believe it or not 😂 I wonder why I liked scrap mechanic so much 😂

Maps really should use timers to open spots. So two buttons outside and inside trigger the same timer that opens the spot and then closes it again after a given time.
I think Kosmo is a ding dong and doesn't understand the rules of hide and seek, since he was clicking the button inside his spot keeping you from finding him then you should go with the time that you first hit the switch for his spot, so I would say 6:15 for Kan cause Kosmo is such a ding dong
Someone should make a room with a bunch of robots, and when playing, those are the only hints. The seeker has to triangulate based on multiple robots looking in the direction. This would probalby work beter in a wide open world.
Might be too easy if there are too many robots.... But maybe a bunch of robots hidden underground that pop up one at a time for a couple of seconds each so you only get one piece of info and it disappears before you get chance to move about?

It would be cool if you were allowed to close spots but accept a 1 minute penalty on your time for every time you re-close your spot. You could really trip people out if they don’t see it open. Assuming you’d be willing to accept the 1 minute penalty.
There's a nice video, about how games handling guns between what you see and what others see and how they do this. They've to manage to made a bad decision and there's not really a way to solve this, so it's fine for all.
kan won, i timed kans seeing as how close it was. trying to not use scraps time deduction count. kan = button click at 6:07:53 (with some wiggle room for human error), turned and "had time to walk to cabinet" 6:10:53 scrap = shot at 6:15:650 (as displayed on kans pov)
Personal opinion on rules to the game, using the bot to help find someone should honestly be a 30second penalty and closing the door on someone after they found the spot your hiding in should be around 15seconds as well, closing the door multiple times on someone should add additional time equal to 10-15 seconds added each time its closed on the person seeking, beyond that and this is just something I think it would make it harder for the seeker especially on small maps is no audio during the hiding phase so you can't get auditory queues as to where someone may be off to hide, on bigger maps it wouldn't be as much of a concern since scrap mechanic audio is a bit funky at a further distance away with certain sounds. On a side note though if the maps are really small or the rounds go by rather quickly, would be cool to see you guys implement adding time together as in having 2 or 3 rounds and combining the total time for your rounds including penalties, this way if you are cheating in your hide and seek games your only way to reduce time is to find them quickly to counteract it but it can also hinder you greatly too.

The robot is just a map hazard and is fair play if you hide in range, closing the spot when the seeker is activating the button is cheating.
