- Submarines and underwater vessels aren’t generally found in the listing of personal collectible items. However there are certain noteworthy exceptions to this trait. Exceptions that have not only re-defined the boundaries of submersible vessels, but have also reshaped the potential experiences of a sub-aquatic tour that people can enjoy. Personal submarines as they are famously known have enabled people to explore the depths of the marine world.
Quite a few of these submersible vessels are privately owned by well-known socialites and marine sports enthusiasts. However some engineering companies have come up with awe-inspiring submarine models that can be acquired by interested people, even other than such high profile individuals. Details of such elite personal submarine models can be highlighted as follows:

There are some really cool subs that can not currently be added to your list. Atlantis project had dozens of types that one day maybe released to the public.

There is a big difference between the rest of these vessels and this proposed "Phoenix 1000". The others (many of which already exist and are in service) and the Phoenix 1000 (which does not) is that they are basically water toys. The concept of a true "yacht" style submarine has been around for decades but has not been produced. It would most likely be restricted by maritime laws pretty much everywhere. True submarines are potentially hazardous even with highly trained crews. Something like this over 200 feet long? What would it use for power? Yeah, submerged it can use batteries but how long could they last without recharging? They have to provide propulsion and life support as well as all electrical equipment required for safe operation. Will it have a diesel engine like military submarines? They require a lot of resupply and maintenance and if something goes wrong, as often does even on surface vessels, God help you. Try to get insurance for something like that.
Those speedy toy subs don't even go under long enough to be considered a real sub. Most of them just dip for a couple of seconds because buoyancy pulls them upward. They more like enclosed jet skis.

Yes but how does one prepare for a holiday on one of these submersible super Yachts. Would you need training or evaluation as to whether one can coup going under the surface for long periods of time. And would there be an age limit top and bottom.

The Nymph would suck because, while diving, you would have to continuously manage your inner ears. Unless you are flanked my experienced divers, you’re gonna have to make a lot of stops while inexperienced riders try to equalize their ears.

Underwater vehicle: yes, submarine: no.
With today's technology you could get a similar visual experience by simply running a periscope (or drone sub on a tether) down with 360 degrees of camera views projected on TV's up in the yacht.

Can I have the Pheonix, please? as my permanent home. I would make one addition to it though, add a bay with a really deep-sea pod, one that can reach the deepest of waters in the world, waters that the mother sub cannot get down to, one that can take video footage and carry no more than 4 people.
Funny you should mention that. The Phoenix 1000 has a "diving room" option which could be expanded to hold a bathyscape

How can a submarine be "brutal"? It's probably the least-usable adjective you can use on a submarine. Does it dive, turns or cruise "burtally"? Does it punches sharks and whales out of the way? Perhaps pokes its periscope a bit menacingly? I don't get it.

These aren't "brutal," and the Phoenix doesn't even exist. Kudos on actually showing real _toy_ subs for most of this, but you could have done better without the misleading title and being honest about the Phoenix and what type/category subs these really are.
