Thank you so much for this video. I realized tonight my passenger side door puddle light wasn't working (not something I would ever have noticed because I only use that side of the car to retrieve items from glovebox/etc). After figuring out how to pop the light housing down I realized the wire for the light was missing. Scratches in the bottom of the door at the location made me remember I had the car in the body shop for a bad door ding in 2017 that required it to be repainted. That speaker had rattled ever since. The scratches pointed to the body shop realizing they never reconnected the puddle light and instead of taking the door panel off, decided to try and pry it open enough to find the wire. This video helped me easily pop the panel off and guess where the wire was... wound up on top of the speaker! I was able to fish the wire back to the puddle light that now works and reinstall the door panel and now NO SPEAKER RATTLE!
Thank you. Texas heat caused the panel foam cover to pop up along the edge next to the glass and removing the panel will certainly be easier to glue it back down. Thanks again for this video! !
Thank you so much, of all the videos i have seen that are fixing the doors, your video is the best one out here and shows all of the inside parts and your just taking off the door. Ive been looking for videos to show the window motor location your is the best and again your just taking off the panel thank you.
Thanks for the very helpful video and tutorials, wondering how to remove the windows chrome trim if you have a tutorial please share it with me. Thanks again and best of luck
@@FissyTV did you order a whole door panel or just the arm rest? Mine broke off aswell. Wasent sure if it was possible to just replace the arm rest itself
Thanks for the video. We have a 2014 300c and I can see that the window motor is visible and held on by the 3 torque screws. Can I just replace the motor by taking those 3 torque screws out? Thanks in advance for your help.
@@kenesealo7982 Yes it was an easy fix. I didn't have to touch the regulator or take the window out. It was just the 3 torque screws holding the motor in place and I swapped it out with one I got from the parts yard.

Thank you very much for this. This saves time and the possibility of breaking things.
Awesome, perfect guidance. Saved about $500 replacing the window regulator! Yeah😎

Thanks it helped me tremendously!
what about the back doors?
Are you able to get the arm rest off of the door panel while it is still on the door, or would you need to have the panel off to get the arm rest off?
You need to remove the panel to be able tor replace the armrest. I too have had my armrest broken in.
@@FissyTV did you order a whole door panel or just the arm rest? Mine broke off aswell. Wasent sure if it was possible to just replace the arm rest itself
You can buy the armrest separately
Or you can go to a junk yard and find one and replace. Cheaper.. or almost 80 for armrest or they will qoute you for whole panel.
Is it necessary for switching out the car door mirrors??
Very informative video
Did you miss a connection on the left side (a door light maybe)? I thought I saw a white connector hanging
Thanks bro very helpful!

Were you able to get it done I was wondering the same thing

The back door is the same proces? Please
WHEN REPLACING THE ARMREST WITH THE PANEL OFF, IS IT SCREWED IN OR IS IT PLASTIC WELDED IN THE DOOR PANEL
They are screws.. 4-6 of them once you get panel off.
What size are the front speakers and the back
Do you have to disconnect the battery to disconnect those cables on the door?
ami no no you don’t have to disconnect the battery. I just did mine to fix a blown speaker.
Any idea how to do this if you can't open the door 🤔
Thank you 😊
Thanks helped a lot
Glad it helped
Is this the same for the rear door panel???
Pretty much.
Do I need to remove the door panel to remove door handles ?
No
Good job sir
I wanna do my dash but I've been told something is off with the depth of the speaker and they need to fabricate.
Thanks
Thank you
Nabil Aly same here in Florida ! Is there any particular glue or adhesive to use that will withstand the heat ?.
