Hey Tankrunner! Loving this series! Just found your channel and this yesterday and im disappointed im already up to date, but also thrilled i get to follow along while youre still creating! I’m Australian and have a million ideas for you if you need them - though im already loving every pokemon so far and im sure you dont. But just some ideas for regional variants: Camerupt line (camels are an introduced species here in our deserts and the gov has to keep them in check) - it could be ground\water and have an oasis between its humps. Komala - your regional variant of komala is great. Far more interesting than game freaks. Australian’s here have a running joke about koalas when talking to tourists. They tell tourists to watch out for ‘drop bears’ that jump down from gum trees and attack anyone not looking. As if it were an actively malicious koala. Its a cultural joke thats been around since before i was born, and might make for a komala evolution? And finally an idea for a new pokemon - based on the cane toad. The cane toad was an introduced species in australia, introduced to kill the beetles off sugar cane. But the cane stalks were too tall, the toads couldnt reach em, but the toads thrived here killing basically every other bug. Problem is, the toads are poisonous, and anything that tries to eat it dies so they have no natural predator and no way to stop them. Itd make for a good poison or poison dark type. If not a whole line, then a standalone or a politoed regional variant. I have a million more ideas (i really want game freak to do an australian region) but its ur region so wouldnt want to jam them down your throat. Let me know if you want to hear them. 😁 Either way ill be following along and im super excited to see what you come up with. Absolutely love your platypus, kookaburra and kangaskhan variant too!

I would love to see artworks of the routes itself. Something like the actual route, or just a concept art of a wild area for e.g. Maybe city designs based on Australian cities, too. The fakemon designs are great btw 👌🏼
After a week of laptop cord stuff, I'm finally able to watch this! As for stuff I want you to do... More of this... As in like, lowkey story stuff. I need to watch your other content, I do plan too I promise. For this region, I think what you could do is bring back HMs... But reinvent them. So, instead of them being moves, your Pokemon would have field abilities they can do. You fight Gym leaders to unlock more, all Pokemon have at least one, so yeah... For your secondary common Bird, could have an ability where when it's hit by Super Effective moves it's attack raises. That's my in put.
i dont know how other people think about that but i usually enjoy new pokemon more than variants at least in these kind of videos its just more interesting to discover a completely new monster than a little makeover in looks and types while alolan sandslash was probably one of my favourite team members ever in pokemon xD

[pleease tell me I'm the first to make that joke! ) ;] But on a serious note that was the slowest 12 minutes of my life right there - I adore slurping (not to be wierd) up every second of your videos Tank. The animals really cool and its definitely got potential. Really love the content, going to watch the entire series (hopefully). Keep it up!
This was a variant idea i had too 😁. Heliolisk and helioptile are basically frill neck lizards already, so perhaps the immense desert heat has turned them electric/fire to cope with the heat?

I would love to make a game at some point. Not even just Pokemon related ones, I have so many ideas and systems to make original games with, but I just lack the knowledge of how to code things like that.
Something that could be interesting is if this Region's Komala was the original variation, while Alolan Komala from came much later Due to the less aggressive nature of the wilds in Alola, Komala in this region began to become lazy and ate less, eventually losing its psychic abilities due to not fighting as often (Don't know why it changed from grass to normal though)
I SWEAR ON EVERYTHING I LIVE FOR in 7th before Komala came out, I made a koala Pokemon drowsy on that was, I kid you not, a dual Grass/Psychic type starter. The idea does make a lot of sense regardless but damn I just wanna be original ;-;

These are awesome you should make a video dedicated to making fakemon based on pop culture characters for example I made some fakemon based on FNF characters you should do something similar

Burrabash (that thing is badass) Womdharug (where does the “dharug” part of this name come from? My first thought when i saw it was that Wombattle would be a great name for it 😁) I’m very selective when it comes to first runs of playthrough! I love most of your designs but these are my favourites so far 😁
I don't think Thievul is a bad design, it's a sneaky, swarve fox, referencing famous British thieves an spies, such as James Bond, as well as Guy Fox, both the realife person, and the famous pop culture icon.
I love Thievul and his dastardly silent film villain design. He is literally based on crafty silent film antagonist why is everyone not realizing the moustache and fluffy chest were actually good decisions?

Barnami is Barb and Tsunami put together, and Dharug means cross/angry but is also an aboriginal word for Wombat.
