I created a simple app yesterday and the app is connected to a database on the back end of the website. From there, it can then connect/integrate with many other services such as payment (paypal, stripe, etc.), email (constant contact, aweber, etc.), and calendar services. Its not an app, its just a mobile form that works on any phone. Most people know or perceive these as unsafe, so unless it can be downloaded from the google Play or Apple App Store its a waste of time and effort.

Thats ideal for creating a basic web application but what if you want to intigrate a database with lots of information and user logins? Also where is the app stored if i want people to download it? Do i need a seperate website with hosting?
Since Jotform apps is a powerful form builder, there is no worries about integrating or adding a database to your app. As for access, you can just share a link or QR code with your audience.
Like with a lot of software, you can do a whole lot with the free version of Jotform. But if you need some more advanced features, they do have paid plans.
For those who don't have a background in development, I think this is a great way to go. Especially since tools like Jotform gives you so much additional functionality (payment, uploads, bookings, etc.)
