If Kyrie would commit to playing a full season the thing is I think he would have a better season than AI ever had. But he won't. So AI is above him forever, IMO.
It's great to have Stephen A back because ESPN has been bad all of July. I agree with Stephen A most of the time but he needs to stop comparing rookie players to NBA Legends.
If I'm the coach or GM on the Celtics or Raptors I'm not sure I want KD anymore. If things go wrong with uncontrollable injuries or a player choosing not to play most of the season (ie Kyrie), what is the coach or GM suppose to do?
Please get KD on the show..he needs to be interviewed by SAS one on one 👍 this KD drama reveals to me and so many of my friends the “personal values” held by media and players… it’s very telling …
SAS been gone so long he actually making sense lol! Needed that reset. This is a case of KD making his own bed and now having to sleep in it. The Nets acquiesced to KD and Kyrie’s demands and did not get their return on investment when it came to the coach, and Harden trade. Now it’s a sh*t show in Brooklyn and KD wants to cut bait and run from a problem that he helped create. I’m not sure what power Swagu thinks KD has, he’s not Lebron, he’s not Steph, he’s not a young superstar on his way up to just demand a trade and think he’ll get it when it’s obvious the market isn’t there for a 34yr old with his history with injuries and the intricate nature of a trade with Brooklyn given the pieces needed to facilitate a trade for him.
I agree wholeheartedly, this man signed a contract which paid him an enormous amount of money now you are not going to honor the contract because you want out of Brooklyn. Brother you are blessed. People are struggling out here, don’t have what you are blessed with and you want out. Why? Learn to be thankful. That is all I am going to say. So many of us are struggling trying to survive working long hours. God has blessed you. Be grateful!!!!
If he withholds his services-"A breach of contract is a failure, without legal excuse, to perform any promise that forms all or part of the contract. This includes failure to perform in a manner that meets the standards of the industry or the requirements of any express warranty or implied warranty, including the implied warranty of merchantability."
Personally, I've noticed in the past that fans / people tend to assume that because a player is earning maximum $dollars they also desire to win a championship. Per example: most recently in the past two seasons people were assuming that James Harden really wanted a championship; yet, in reality, he never displayed any character saying that he was willing to improve on his game in order to win a championship (at that time, it was all about the money). Now, seemingly, even James Harden has a new attitude and desire to improve on his gameplay as well as to eventually win a championship. Thus, can it be said that James Harden is not really offended with playing with Kevin Durant; inclusively, as to when a championship, he probably would even like to play with Kevin Durant? At this point in time, being that they both now have a truer desire to win a championship, maybe Philly would be a good destination for Kevin D.? But all said, Kevin D"s past behavior has likely destroyed even a new chance with Philly.
I agree with Stephen A and I usually don’t agree with a word he says. KD is under contract. This experiment has been a failure the first 3 years. Joe Tsai is going to see that they stay together at least one more year because he spent a lot of money on this experiment.
In this day of revenue sharing no team really loses money. You would love to win a championship but the only thing that matters is the value of your team and every year the value of the Nets, like most all franchises increases with or without a superstar, that is the bottom line when it comes to investing in a team.
Stephen A needs to take more breaks cuz I swear when he’s gone is the only time y’all be appreciating this guy 😭

Why is Marcus Spears shocked that he wouldn't give KD anything? Like c'mon. His perspective is part of the problem.
Heres the problem when star players say we don't need a coach we can run this and we can bring whoever we like
I would love to see Kyrie with his own team. People want to compare Iverson to irving so much. Give him his own team and let's see can he carry them to the finals.
If Kyrie would commit to playing a full season the thing is I think he would have a better season than AI ever had. But he won't. So AI is above him forever, IMO.
Marcus Spears glasses are on point. I want a pair
As long as the nets have him under contract?..THEY still have the POWER
KD is the Gold Standard for not taking responsibility for ones failures.
Stephen A is 💯 percent right
KD really stands for "Kid Drama." That should of been his hip-hop name. 😂
It's great to have Stephen A back because ESPN has been bad all of July. I agree with Stephen A most of the time but he needs to stop comparing rookie players to NBA Legends.
Steven A is box office lol
To KD! In Eddie Murphy's voice what have you done for me lately! Lol
Stephen A back with fresh takes ove to see it
If I'm the coach or GM on the Celtics or Raptors I'm not sure I want KD anymore. If things go wrong with uncontrollable injuries or a player choosing not to play most of the season (ie Kyrie), what is the coach or GM suppose to do?
Stephen A knows mama Durant is lurking lol 🤣🤣🤣
whether you like him or not, Stephen A. makes this show/network watchable.
Please get KD on the show..he needs to be interviewed by SAS one on one 👍 this KD drama reveals to me and so many of my friends the “personal values” held by media and players… it’s very telling …
Dude gon talk about KD for weeks now
Mr. ESPN is back
Love that SAS is back!
We been having the same discussion for weeks. Shit's old.
Stephen and Swagu always lookin fly
I agree wholeheartedly, this man signed a contract which paid him an enormous amount of money now you are not going to honor the contract because you want out of Brooklyn. Brother you are blessed. People are struggling out here, don’t have what you are blessed with and you want out. Why? Learn to be thankful. That is all I am going to say. So many of us are struggling trying to survive working long hours. God has blessed you. Be grateful!!!!
Stephan A, Mad dog , Perkins and reddick … can we get that line up every day
“ Stop running from the grind you boys is chumps” That’s what dame told PG & pat bev. Which is exactly wat Kd is doing.
Stephen a’s hairline can pull up from deeeepppp
Anytime Screaming A Smith starts off with a compliment, you know he’s going to get on that person lol
Why yall cut it off!!!!!?!?!?!?
Because eventually Molly was going to ruin a perfectly good segment and she did.
Good to see SAS back. 💯
These two look like backup singers for the Temptations
For once I agree with Stephen A. I wouldn’t give the diva anything because he hadn’t delivered to the team. It’s not as good as it was 3 years ago.
I see they got them Easter Suits 🐣 on Today .
Missed you Stephen A! Hope your shoulder is better
That's a drop the mic moment in a serious way Stephen A couldn't agree with you more
“Simmons and Kyrie will lead the nets to what”….
Welllll KD will lead the nets to what?
This clip should’ve ran longer
Owners have the power.
when SA put his head down 😆
I agree with Stephen A and I usually don’t agree with a word he says. KD is under contract. This experiment has been a failure the first 3 years. Joe Tsai is going to see that they stay together at least one more year because he spent a lot of money on this experiment.
SAS loves every player and all their mamas. All the players are good.. I love this bro,and that bro,he always says 😁
Welcome back Stephen A! Good to see Swaggo too.
You never know how much you need summn til it’s gone, glad he back
Gave him that?!?! He earned it. Look at the stands. They're there to see him. This is business. Period.
In this day of revenue sharing no team really loses money. You would love to win a championship but the only thing that matters is the value of your team and every year the value of the Nets, like most all franchises increases with or without a superstar, that is the bottom line when it comes to investing in a team.
Didn’t even know ESPN still existed
KD retires now? Nah. KD missing camp yes lol. Either way he's not playing for Brooklyn smh
Dude sounds more like a pastor than a sports commentator
Being paid for services rendered is not a charitable act. Please stop saying that these teams “gave” someone money
