I like to use the worksharp ken onion edition with the blade grinder attachment on my blades because of how quick it is. But using hand sharpening is always fun. vid is great background sound👍.
I go crazy for those jig bone handles... And the colors are perfect. I wish more companies would use them . mircata is great...but, you can't beat the old stuff
Fantastic demonstration brother I love that DMT sharpener I was going to buy the ultra fine one and that bitch will give you a polish and it will refine thst edge because I never need heavy grits I’m always just touching up……. Thanks again be well 😊
These are still good diamond plates after about 5-7 years…. I plan on getting new ones. I think im gonna try out the “Ultra Sharp” ones from Best Sharpening Stones. They look like a good value from the reviews ive seen.
@@richterknives yeah I also heard that Spyderco makes the best ultra fine ceramic plate in the game it comes with a super nice pouch to keep it in……. I think it’s like 80 bucks but I Hear it’s the best it looks good
