Yes, please record the moving process. I’m from Wisconsin, so I get all the 4 seasons and I really enjoy it, although my minimalist closet is a bit bigger than I’d wish because I need the warm gear. Besides that, I love it here in Wisconsin so much, I am 14 and have lived here my entire life, although I have traveled to many other states and a few countries. I have actually been to Florida before, and yes, it is very warm and quite humid, but the ocean is beautiful and I adore the waves. I think you and your family will love Washington and I hope a safe travel for you and your family :)

As someone who lived up north for 40 years and then moved to Texas and Louisiana for 24 , I’ll take warm and humid any day over, mittens, boots, heavy jackets and digging out of snow. 4 seasons are heavily over rated. I don’t see the attraction to damp and rainy in Seattle.
For us the heat was to much and we prefer the colder weather, I was born in British Columbia so it is more of what I am used to:) Thanks for watching:)
Would love to know the process of moving to another state, as we will be doing that probably next year. Also random question... Where do you keep your drinking cups? I love seeing the counters all clean, however with a family of six, we always have our cups on the counter for drinking water all day. Thanks!! PS we are also a vegan minimalist family 💓 kids are 2,4,6,8. I'm finding it hard to pair down as much as you. My daughter always wants what her friends have (we have wayyy less than others) and we homeschool so I feel like they need more supplies to increase their learning opportunities. There are also kids books everywhere ha. We currently live in southern California and we too are desiring more seasons and less heat. We visited Idaho and really liked it, we are also considering Washington state.

Yes we pretty much have to sell everything because we are flying out there. We were going to drive, but it is impossible to get a rental car right now:( I am looking forward to the experience though because it's like starting over. I am going to try and vlog as much as I can:)
We are from ny moved to Florida in Boca Raton 8 years ago , I’m at that point where we want to leave the lightning is unbearable, family is up north , just everything fades in life and right now I’m to the point where we want to consider moving back up north as well.
I can definitely understand that;) Florida is so hot and it was just too much for us! We are really enjoying the cold weather in Seattle. I’m cold all the time, but it’s still better than being hot all the time:) Good luck on your move if you decide to 😊
