I think sometimes people DO need someone like Brian, to NOT sit in it for too long. You guys are a great Balance! So don't beat yourself up too much Brian!

I just want to say Brian and Lexi thank you for your transparency. And I don't know if you realized what a gift you have in communication. But the way you were able to verbalize your feeling, thought process, and view of your situation in such a clear way is such a blessing. You are helping people who do not know how to put in words their feelings, language to help them. Me being one of them. Thank you.❤

This is a beautiful, true conversation and reminds me of how Hannah was poorly treated in the bible by the "people of God" around her. And in general this conversation is uplifting to show people the importance of not putting their humanness, well-meaning words on things that are sacred and unknown...

This is a very good conversation; grief and loss is a part of life that in all honesty no one wants to deal with. I totally understand how she felt because I had four miscarriages and could not understand why God would not let me carry my babies full term. I prayed and tried to understand, I thought my faith was strong enough to make this work but God had other plans which at the time I did not understand. I'm glad she is discussing this because miscarriages can have a huge mental as well as physical effect on your life. Thank God He understands us better than we do ourselves and He also knows what is best for us. Our trials are test to help us grow in faith. Stay strong and faithful, you were blessed with two beautiful children.

I have never had a miscarriage but I have had loss that was very difficult to get over. I actually don't think I'm over it even now. I sponsor a child in Ethiopia through compassion and I love all they do for the children and their families. 😊

I grew up in the “it didn’t work of because you didn’t have faith”/ “you’re entitled to a blessed life” type of thinking. If I had still been there when I lost my dad, I’d probably be an atheist now lol. This was a great watch, thank you for sharing! 🔥

I give God the Glory that all the difficulties or during your low points in your life, you still had enough faith to believe that God was still in charge of your life and that he loves you.
I also thank God that you have a praying spouse which supports you .

Oh so lovely you guys. I’ve gleaned such richness from this conversation. On a lighter note, Lexi, I hope you start feeling the Kilimanjaro vibe soon. It was on my bucket list to have done by now but the opportunity isn’t forthcoming and that’s ok. I’ll be praying for an an amazing time for you guys.❤

My daughter had 3 miscarriages. I have never experienced one but I'm sure there are so many emotions. My daughter showed no feelings after the miscarriage except being happy she could eat again. With her second miscarriage she had to go back later after the D&C. It was more of the remains left. That was very difficult for me as I was thinking the baby did not want to give up. She showed little emotion. I guess it's a defense mechanism.

Read the book by E G White, “The Great Controversy”. If someone tells you not to that is why you should.

    Interesting conversation!
Please read the book of Job! Read it slowly! What I'm not hearing you say is that GOD is sovereign period! Spend time in the first two chapters. After reading chapters 3-31, read Elihu's speech before GOD speaks to Job. Chapter 38 reminds Job, "Where was thou when..." GOD is truly sovereign!

If God readily gave us everything we asked for we wouldn’t need faith.
“Take up your CROSS and follow me”.
Job did it, Abram did it, Naomi did it, on and, on and on.
Who is God? Jesus told the disciples to enter he boat and go to the other side. They apparently didn’t have faith in him as Lord and Savior. When the storm came they freaked out because he was asleep in the back of the boat. Remember, master do you care the we are perishing.
    JESUS WAS IN THE BOAT❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
True faith is ALIVE! God is not a man that He could lie.
He is not a prosperity seeker He is a heart changing seeker.
His thoughts are not our thoughts, his ways are not our ways.
Things are about to change in this world that will seal you in Christ or seal you with the anti-christ.
Feelings are the worst indicator of our relationship with God. Understanding His will in making you like Him. His commandment are His character. When we truly behold him we shall be changed into his likeness in character. That’s the only thing we can take into heaven. Abide in me …,,
