Some of Saddam's best commanders led ISIS at the time. I am not an American and I did not agree with the war against Iraq but that being said I do not believe Iraq will ever be stable. It was a country formed by the British and French drawing lines on a map and failed to take into account the religious and ethnic differences of those that were made part of this newly minted country post WWI.
