After staying in this place I'd like to give some honest feedback. The only good things from this AirB&B is the visuals, aesthetic, quiet location, near the alpine zoo and near grocery store. The place has a moth & insect problem, no AC, the heater takes forever to kick in, the stairs leading to the second level are crunchy and seem unstable, with huge gaps that would injure someone, mostly everything in the kitchen was expired, utensils were dirty, the place is dimly lit (good for the aesthetic but awful for practical use), the bathroom sink cannot be used without making a mess, the beds are awful uncomfortable (like laying on sand bags). 3/5 would not stay again.
I wonder do you know how much it would cost to build a house exactly like this one that doesn't have to have the deck on it I just wonder it's only 800 square feet wonder how much it would cost to build this I mean you could basically build something this big in the backyard right
