Having watched this particular arc as it was airing, I'll always notice when they redubbed Ivankov's voice lines in 441. Apparently the original voice actor was ousted after posting indecent photos of his tattoos on a blog.
Luffy didn't age 10 years. He had 10 years of his life taken away. So if Luffy was meant to be 100, now he would die at 90, that's what it means.
