I was saved in 1981. I was over the road night and day. I bought a cassette with all the hits. I wore it out. To this day, this is my favorite singer's. I met Larry and his wife in Huntsville, Al. A pastor I went to Bible College with. In a meeting, the anointing is so strong. God used the Hinson family in my life. I'm sure they touched the world. Larry is an awesome preacher. Thank you, Father, for this family. I do sing their songs from time to time. I give them the credit and God the glory.
His voice is unmistakable. So many have tried to copy but none comes close, except maybe his nephew. I have just about all their old LP's. I transferred them to CD's, so now I can enjoy them anywhere. There's nothing like that good old Southern Gospel Music. This was a very "well done" tribute, I think he'd be proud of it.

Kenny's voice has so much passion and feeling for our Lord Jesus Christ. This is a beautiful song and he sings it so beautiful. I know he must be singing in Heaven. Shortly after his death, I had a dream about Kenny Hinson. He was singing at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. When that trumpet sounds, we're going to see and hear him again. What a great voice!
