Your description of support and forcing an AV unit to stop based on the support unit's range of 2 is incorrect. AV units stop upon entering an AV EZOC, which only extends into the adjacent hexes. (4.3)
Should not have used the poor trafficability modifier because I wasn't using tracks on the MSR...would not have changed the final result of partial, though.
