While Carly was locked up Robin seemed perfectly fine not telling AJ….but then again she got to play house with another woman’s kid!….what makes her any different than Carly???🤔🤔🤔🤔🤷🏻♀️ Then out of spite she finally “does the right thing”? Give me a break. She’s just as bad if not worse than Carly.
This is so funny. Ppl really think Jason has absolutely no free will when it comes to Carly. I WISH! Ppl think my girl is that devious and Jason that stupid. Jason knows exactly who Carly is, what she is about and chooses to stay. Jason chooses to do what Carly asks, she doesn't make him, blackmail him, manipulate him or use extortion. She just asks, and he says yes or no. And no one gets that. Even after so many years ppl still don't get that Jason chooses to be Carly's friend. She can't make him do anything. She can't make him love her, or hate her. He makes his own choices. Ppl just can't accept when he makes the choice to choose Carly.
You make a valid point… Another perspective: There’s no doubt they love each other, they just don’t fit everyone’s idea of a healthy friendship; there’s no where near an equal give and take between them; it’s more like Codependency on Steroids. Carly’s character has ALWAYS had the best of both worlds, while for years fans have watched a continuous loop of Jason doing Carly Cleanups… it was cute and sexy while they were young, but now they’re grandparents for crying out loud, fans have patiently waited for the writers to give more depth to Jason’s character…✌🏾
Ajs wrong robin was the vengeful type in this situation. If she thought aj had a right to know then tell him from day 1 that I knew. She had no problem raising Michael with Jason when carly was in ferncliff. Her reasoning to jason was so non sensical it's obvious she did it to punish jarly & Jason who was not doing what she told him to anymore. He got more of a mind of his own as he was getting more acclimated to life after his accident. To say carly one day would take him so she does it first was ridiculous!! Then she later says " ah had a right to know " which Is it & both are bs. I always thought it wrong carly stole mikey away but Robin did this out of anger spite & revenge. She also did this when she was blowing town so she did not have to see the fall out. I'd have more respect for robin if she said the truth. Like " jason this was always upsetting to me that u did not consider my feelings about u playing father with another woman. I think they were broken up at the time but still she either should have told aj when she found out or just come clean & say I hate that u dropped me for carly so I did this bc I am pissed off about it. Plus she ended it with Jason. So what was the point of interfering with his life ? I'm sorry it's just so obvious she did this to hurt carly & jason. No way for any other reason. Also in their fight it's sad she called carlys ppd her needing a long vacation. Shows that u dont judge people until u have experienced life more. She had ppd with Emma & almost got her killed a few times. When she stuck her in a tree in a freezing cold blizzard , left her in a restaurant for hours where she could have been kidnapped & god knows what else & she pushed the stroller down the stairs at gh bc she forgot the lock bc she was losing it. Too bad carly never threw in her face about how she judged her. Also she talked about carly when she first got pregnant that it was the biggest catastrophe in the world. Robin was not part of carlys life at all to make that judgement.
AJ, how did she know from the beginning that Michael was his? He thinks Jason helped Carly because he hated AJ. In truth, Jason feels nothing for AJ. He is wrong about Robin. She is the vengeful type.
Jason never claimed that he never lied. It was other people who made that claim for him. He admitted several times that he had lied for Michael and business. And his aversion to lying was a practical one, as much as a moral one. He did not feel he could do it competently. He once told Robin that it made his face hot when he lied. This was a result of the brain damage. He got better with it as time went on. But Jason did not like to lie, and he only did it when he felt it was absolutely necessary. He was not like Carly or Elizabeth who would lie when the truth would serve them better. And of course he hated to be lied to. Does’t everyone? Elizabeth broke up with him because of a lie of omission when they faked Sonny’s death, even though they did it to save Sonny’s life.
Jason and Carly were a thing when she first rolled into town. And Jason actually loved Carly but recognized long ago she’s a tornado and couldn’t allow himself to be in love because he would set himself up to be hurt

How did Jason destroy the family? He did his best to avoid them. He did not even destroy AJ although people like to think he did. He certainly was not responsible for AJ’s alcoholism. AJ was already a drunk while he was in high school. AJ was responsible for that himself. Even if he had had Michael from the beginning, he was going to start drinking again. His whole history shows that to be true. AJ had a self destructive personality. There have been many men who have not been a part of their children’s lives. They did not do the stuff AJ did. And as far as the rest goes, he did not destroy them. That is ridiculous. Every choice he made was a direct result of the brain damage he suffered, and AJ was responsible for that. And when you think about it, AJ did far worse to Jason, than Jason ever did to him.

But when he and others found out he had passed out, I think that put a dent in his confidence. A very low move on her part.

Jason loves Carly in his own way and accepts her for who she is and what she does because he understands her.
