You can add half half(maids and atta)
I tried the Mangalore bun with date paste instead of suger .
Use self raising flour and half a teaspoon of Bicarbonate of soda.
If won’t taste the same but it is good for those who would like it healthy.
Once in a while it’s ok to spoil ur self with maida..
