I think what’s frustrating for me is I didn’t like this person and they kept pursuing me and making it look like they were interested so I gave them attention and all the sudden it was as if I was the problem. The test he’s going through was all his own doing. I didn’t want him and now I’m hurt and confused.
Pile 3 and yes I’m a clairsentient empath and since I realised that I think I’m dealing with a narcissist I’ve really been distancing myself and trying to lose feelings but he’s trying to grip onto me tight. A want of External validation is one of the 4 main roots of having an ego. Allot of people have a little of it. Nearly everyone on the planet wants at least someone to approve of them on occasion. But I’m not disagreeing with anyone when they say someone in their life is toxic. They would know.

But people with toxic and narcissistic personalities have an unhealthy relationship with their ego where external validation is their primary source of validation and they don't know how to self validate 🤷🏾♀️
