I’m a Liberian living in Sweden and still haven’t found any potato greens 😔 but I cab buy cassava leaves and bitter leaf (frozen). I planted some sweet potatoes 🍠 and am hoping to use the leaves 😋

The only thing is there’s no african store near me.
There is fried soup sauce or gravy but no such fried cassava leaf or potato leaf plasas. Nice try with this compromised version with some foreign ingredient such bullion cubes and foreign oil. Sankofa to what our forebears used to keep it original and authentic via Afrika's soil.
