I was going to try one of these dishes because I've been a big microwave user for years. But when I saw a TH-cam reviewer say she had boil overs in her microwave, that changed my mind. It is hard to find a good microwave dish that truly vents, to avoid messy cleanups. I do use glass casserole dishes with plastic wrap (poke holes in the plastic to vent) but what I use most often is a couple of Tupperware bowls that are very hard nontoxic plastic with a silicone vent. The bowls are very lightweight and never boil over, even on HIGH power although I frequently cook on various lower power levels. It is easy to change the power level on a microwave.
Get a Panasonic Inverter microwave. They likely had boil-over because all other microwave ovens pulse the magnetron at full power. Inverter technology can adjust magnetron power output precisely with no risk of boil-over or superheating liquids.

How is different then coming in a glass microwave dish with plastic wrap on top?
they are way too expensive. Whose going to expend that much!!!

A running yoke is dangerous. That's not what I consider a perfectly cooked egg.
