I read an article a few years ago saying the MG Z cars were some of the most scrapped are fastest disappearing cars. People got scared when MGRover went bust and decided they wanted something from a brand that's still going.
I found this very interesting back in the 60s and early 70s Vauxhalls were just rot boxes and the scrapyards were full of them Raymond Baxter did a documentery about bad the rust issues were was you good lady wife stiiting next to yoy I caught a glimpse of her now I researched the Prince engine how did BMW manage that although fitted to over a 150 diffent cars anyway great video best regards Andy Allen.
Yes sir, the Prince engine was fitted to many cars, but it doesn't make it any better. I shouldn't be talking about it in any case, should I? My lady wife happened to be there on the day, sir...
An interesting vlog sir and a fantastic little short shuffle.
Thank you very much indeed once again, Mr Watters!

Yes, there is a "Save Our Zeds" campaign going on with the MG Car Club, I think. I know the MG Rover stuff very well, as you know.
I get a little confused, sir, between the Wolseley 18/85 and the Wolseley Six. But in any case, what a lovely looking car. Thank you Joseph.
They are very similar, sir, it's literally just the engine which is the main difference, and the six cylinder ones are called the Six!
@@lloydvehicleconsulting Thank you, sir.

Re: Peugeot 207 - not one of my favourites. How can Peugeot get things so wrong after the excellent 205, etc?
Lovely Wolseley.
Sir, you did see the 207 review back in the day? It wasn't good.
Nice viseo, Sir. As for scrapped cars - yep, the Mini is very troublesome and mkV Golf wasn't a good car overall.
My gosh, sir, the R56 Mini... Not the best car ever made, is it?
Very interesting but quite predictable scrappage numbers, sir.
Yes, probably not too many surprises, but interesting nevertheless. Thank you for watching, sir!
