You need to spray paint the Dash! I did mine with Rustoleum flat Black. Bonds to plastic and metal wood, all surfaces. Perfect for the interior as you can not tell it's been painted at all, unlike other interior plastic paint. Clean with sugar soap wipes, the a clean wipe over with clean rag with clean water, then dust off with a micro fibre cloth an dust brush, then do 2 light coats of Rustoleum flat Black, suited for plastic. It modernizes the car completely.
