No winter testing, probably no crash testing. Now that electric power is so freely available, Every 3 weeks were presented with one of these that all promise to be the next big thing. Because they can buy an electric motor, batteries and all the rest and wildly under estimate the engineering, technology and man hours that goes into a Koenigsegg, Pagani, Bugatti. -Or even a normal car.
