This should definitely be illegal. The farmers don't want to pay the wages to attract Canadian workers. So they use 3rd world workers to drive down Canadian wages. A total lack of concern for the welfare of their countrymen, and the country as a whole. As the worker said in the video, she sends her wages back home out of Canada.
