My family & friends are the LAST people id use as prospects. Plus, they don't like it. Youll lose friends that way. I don't know 100 people to tell.

How would you know they don't like it if you haven't tried?
It's all about how you do it. Nobody likes feeling sold to, of course. You always want to come from a place of service - helping and solving problems.
My first few clients were family members, friends, and acquaintances - so this definitely works.
It's also worked for dozens of agents I've personally mentored.

Do you know 100 people?

You actually don't even need to know 100 people to get started! If you know 5, ask 5. Every time you ask, get the name and contact information of someone else to ask.
Repeat that process, and there you go - you have at least 100 leads.
