One of the hardest things to do is to join a strong Team of advance belts as a white belt. It is intimidating, scary, embarrassing. It is very tough but to see them embraced by Heath (who has shown a million times what an amazing leader he is), is really refreshing. They bring no glory, no titles, no major money. But they bring passion. Good for you guys!
Awesome job fellas. That inverted switch from front to rear and the following of positions to finish with arm bar was some really technical stuff for a white belt in that semi finals match. PSF is obviously investing heavily in these guys. Keep up the great work!
Someone help me out. They allow leg locks at white belt? Is that a new thing or has it always been around? Are all leg locks allowed or only some (what's illegal?)
i do train and as a purple belt never once have i used tape and don't to this day. i guess some men are men use it if need it just seemed like a lot is all@@bellevuepersonaltraining4602
@@androthsatyr i usually google shit .. but iam curious does it help with finger stability ? making sure they dont get sore or something iam a blue belt never use it some guys at gym do
@@redshot1015 Can't really hurt finger stability yes, the main point is prevent clubbing and strenghten grips. With tape, I feel like I grip more with forearm rather than hand, and it feels much stronger and solid. Look into it, especially if you plan on competing and wanna use your fingers by 30. :D
Good to see white belts get some coverage 🎉
I’m glad blonde dude beat spidy fingers, excellent stuff as usual can’t beat the PSF team.

You said it better than I’ve ever heard it said. Definitely not easy being in that room
Dude thats why I love the straight ankle! It's always there once you break that full guard..and if you got a good bite its on.

LOVE LOVE LOVE how tough the girls came out at each other! Such a cool vibe at Daisy Fresh
Awesome to see the next wave coming through. Working hard!
PSF best team ever and those white belts are certified killers
A jits school with a no close out mentality is one that I would want to be a part of.
I wish I had this kinda help and support as a white belt.

Straight ankle locks are allowed. But knee bars, heel hooks are not allowed.
What happened to that ty guy?
Sandbag city
They showed all the males who won, but did show which female won that fight, wtf Flo which one won, tall or short girl??
why so much tape on the fingers of white belts?? haha
Do you train in the gi? Rubs your fingers raw if you don't tape them.

White belts yeah?? 😏
Let's be honest... these aren't white belts
It's OK to be white. I mean a white belt. It's okay to be a white belt.
tape on fingers like that never understand it but a advantage for grips
Helps the fingers, bro. I tend to hold on grips too long as well, and nowadays I feel much more comfortable with some tape, feels stronger.
