Here's a doubt regarding presidential election. Elected MPs and MLAs (whether ministers or not) while being a part of the electoral college for presidential election, can contest in the presidential elections at the same time(considering they are eligible)? If yes, does that mean that they are exempted from "office of profit", like in 58(2), even if they aren't ministers AND can they vote themselves? Are there articles that refer to these situations?
