The screwdriver like "Nah, this siren is too loud, am outta here, (after it rolled and got stuck on kneel) get you're kneel out of here, amma go outta here" and your kneel moved and it rolls away.
sounds amazing! could you one day do a wiring demo or diagrams for the rcms and shit because idk how the hell to make an rcm or how to hook it up to the siren 😭
For manual control i just use the switch on a power strip. I can make a video of how to connect the siren to a relay/contactor and set that up with an attack timer!
Yes, im going to release this! And it will have all the different port ratios. 9/12, 8, 10/12, 12. And not just the 500shtt and later 500at style, im also gonna include reedsburg wisconsin style as an option for the 12 port single tone and 8 port single tone. and coded as well for the 12 port. There was a coded 500SH that was exactly like reedsburg but with the sth10C damper. I want to make that one in 1/3 scale.
@@nascarsimracing1 nice! i'm getting a elegoo neptune 3 max for christmas (the build plate is stupid big to print more sirens faster :] ) i wanna make a mini siren system with all of your sirens and hook it up to my counties radios so they go off at once (my neighbors are gonna hate me) I can barely wait 20 days for this crap. Also I might need some help wiring this stuff cuz im dumb lol
@@SirensOfTheMidwest That is going to be AWESOME! BTW, anything i make can be made on your printer. We have the exact same size bed! Yes, i can help you with wiring!
@grovecitysirens_GCS i know. Going to reprint the rotor with a thickened bottom soon. Will fix windup and winddown. Currently printing stuff for another project rn while i wait for the gearbox gears to come.
@@Davidsirens28 Those weights are 90mm OD, 65mm ID, 5.25mm thick thrust washers. I 3D printed a holder for two of them. Those are the same weights i use on the hurricane rotors!
Yes I am, there will be just enough room to put one of those on it. I will be doing that, combined with making the bottom of the rotor extremely thick. Should give it a much more realistic windup and winddown than my old sth. For this 500shtt, im going to thicken the bottom of the rotor like crazy and combine it with the weights at the back. This should finally give it the right windup and winddown for a perfect attack signal. What you saw here is weights on the back only, rotor was just made to normal scale with normal bottom thickness.@SumAutisticSirenDude
@SumAutisticSirenDude i recommend printing the 2 cooling fans for thr motor if u havent already. And if their shaft hole fits your motor loosely, just hot glue them in place. These will help keep the motor just a little cooler after a 3 minute cycle. Don't run it longer than 3 minutes without giving it time to fully cool down. Otherwise it gets hot enough that itll soften the petg motor covers and cause chaffing or even a complete lockup.
@Block1543TSE yep. Horn is 1 piece. This is also much more sturdy as i made the plates for the rotator much thicker. And my motor is held on in a much more visually pleasing and secure way
