It's a figure that I always wanted to have as a kid but never had a chance to get. Among all my figures right now, I guess this holds the most sentimental value.

Amazing work! Makes me wish for a new animated series with nothing but GMs and a custom Command type as the hero mobile suit. Something with an "08th team" kind of realism to it!
Amazing! The subtleties in the movements and homage to the various animated appearances are really well done! I also like the digitally painted Gelgoog Jäger! There is actually a Jäger animated in SD Gundam that is painted in normal Gelgoog colors. It wasn’t an SD in the episode and it was even animated by the same artist that did 0080!

@@RavenFlau SD Gundam Mk IV. The second part is where the SD Gundam characters go through a wormhole and time travel to the UC timeline where they see actual non-SD Mobile Suits and they encounter a battle between a Gelgoog Jäger and some Rick Dom IIs fighting GMs. They plummet into the atmosphere and land in Jaburo where a Gundam Alex prototype (colored one RX782 colors) is fending off Zeon forces from the base. I couldn’t ever find it on TH-cam. I had to torrent it
0080 has some of the best designs to date. I love nearly all of the MS from that series! Shame the Ver ANIME figures are so expensive, but DAMN they're awesome! I love all the "cameos!" :D

Hmm hard to say. I guess one of my main motivation is watching the shows. But really I just love giving life to my collections. If anything, animating is what motivates me to buy more stuff -__-

Why are robot spirits gundam figures so expensive!? They are the same size of a hg kit
I know right?! They used to be very cheap, around $30. Now cheapest is like 50 for most new releases
Better plastic quality, paint application, more articulation and design. Mix that with smaller batches of figure releases and you got yourself a 1/144 scale figure that costs 80-130 usd before shipping.
