Hi, have a question: the rules require to hit low to high in an arc. So if hit horizontally is zero degree and totally down to up is 180 degrees. What degrees would still be legal when hitting partial side way? This degree will determine how much side spin when ball hits ground. In this clip, the student seemed to hit several illegal serves, where the serves needed more low-to-high motion. Thanks. p.s. I saw Q.
