I hope it stay a home town like its been ! My family go back 1790 in Easton. I fear all the Apartments and No parking is only going to kill Easton growth . What the city should do is add a tax of $50 per apartment each month 😃 then put that away to built a garage for tenants only !
Born there in the mid 50's and raised there. These scenes are what my parents saw everyday as young adults. I'm hoping there is similar archive footage taken during my childhood, but if memory serves the landscapes, street views and buildings hadn't changed much in 15-20 years. I suspect there is software which can process this a bit to clean up the images, but it has a certain charm just as it is. Thank you so much for preserving and posting this!

There will be over 200 apartments in the next year or two, this will bring in crime like Philly & New York has. Mayor Panto is a good man. but I don't think they did there Research on all this!. will the sewerage and water company's be able to handle all the extra supply that will be need ?
