Any long time use update? New hardware still in good condition and doesn’t get lose? And are they strong enough to pull on the handle when going up stairs?
Hi, saw your presentation and followed the link into the subscription. The pins 1/4”-20 UNC I guess, read as well the V explanation and the limited in stock but you see I’m from Belgium, Antwerp. The first link shipped Milwaukee only to the US, not Europe. Your explanation and the items on your url, there is no ring? It doesn’t looks as the pins you have used in the presentation. Seen also that the company is in Holliday. So I look forward for any news about and by the way, is it perhaps in Europe to order. If not and you are again on the run, I look forward to the answer. Best, Luc Rik
1/4" trailer coupler pins work well, 2- 3/4" wide. Drill into upper handle at top where plastic ends. I had those style pins you installed but they got kicked off and broke so the trailer pins were my next solution. And they are about 3$ for 2 on Amazon
Do you find the "Kollars" provide more support to the at-times wobbly handle when many boxes are loaded to the top? The pins seem adequate, but I'd want something really sturdy.
@@airvine91 seems a bit wobbly either way, I can't tell the difference. Go for the packout hand truck for a real sturdy wheeled toolbox carrier. (I have one of those now too)

🌀🌀 @JakeOFAll 🌀🌀 So I just received the pins like yesterday I just installed them and the handle still pulls up it’s like the pin that locks the handle in place isn’t long enough or do I do now?

The pins are the same length as the screws I removed so nevermind. Guess I just gotta play around with it some more or something. I might be an idiot lol
@JakeOfAll, does anyone sell (or even make) a spring loaded pull pin that has a twist lock feature incorporated in its design, such that when you want to release the handle from the box, you pull on the pin and can twist it 90 degrees and it will hold itself out, until such time as you are ready to secure the handle in place again? I saw one online, but it seemed like the scale of it was too large.
If you remove the handle you can open the stacked boxes one at a time. Just be careful it doesn’t flip backwards with the weight of the tipped-up boxes. If you flip it then you have a half hour resorting stuff.
Use a 11/64 drill bit and then a 1-4-20 Tap
