Hawk Tuahh Lab is the POI name in Layali Groove. When you land in Layali, on top of the map you'll see this POI, it will also be blurred/mosaic when you aren't even inside that POI. once you are in the POI, you wont be able open your map again and look for other POIs. Where is the safe? On the extreme north side of the Hawk Tuah, you go inside the main building, go on the top floor of the building, you'll find this gigantic UAV Platform.
