Just wanna vent out. 😭 Interview ko kahapon sa first call center company na inapplayan ko pero sadly I failed sa final interview. Na frustrate ako kasi I really need a job not just for salary but for a career oppurtunity for myself. During my final interview, I feel so embarassed and feels like ang laki kong abala sa interviewer kasi I was not able to answer all her questions properly. Na mental block ako, nilamon ako ng kaba and there's so many thoughts in my mind but I was not able to express it in english. For now, I realize that I'm not yet ready. I need to practice more so that I can get this dream job someday although nanghinayang talaga ako kasi konting push nlng sa final sana mapapasa ko na yung interview. God bless po for your very inspirational videos, there's so many lessons na mahohoard mo talaga sa content/vlog nato.

Don't feel bad if you failed just practice and improve, focus on the mistake you failed then analyze what is the problem on it then take action to correct it. There are more than 40 BPO industry in our country don't stick on one just apply to others, but don't forget the mistake you incounter on your first BPO you apply you may in counter it on the others so better practice more before you apply. By the way I failed 4 times but still I never give up.
I just like your authenticity, humbleness and confidence. You are also motivating and inspiring.

New subscriber here Ma'am. I'm currently an ESL teacher but I worked in BPO before for 7 months. I'm now trying to help my colleagues improve their pronunciation and accent. Your videos are helping me a lot in this task. Thank you so much!!! I hope you can give us more tips on how to effectively transition from a Filipino accent to a neutral American accent because this is our main struggle right now. You know, ESL teaching is very strict when it comes to grammar, pronunciation especially accent. In my experience, clients love to book classes with Filipino teachers with a neutral accent. Since I started watching your videos I am always stunned by your speaking. And it's always a dream for me to speak with that confidence. Until now still struggling in improving my English speaking skill. I also aspire to be a call center agent somehow, however, I am hesitating it's because my English isn't that good which is essential especially when it comes to communicating.

I even like your Bisaya accent in English 😊 I have similar accent when I’m talking with my husband whose a Japanese. On the other hand, I have to adjust my English accent when I am teaching English to Japanese students ( to at least sound credible 😂, you know what I mean ). So when I came across your vlog, I thought I should keep listening and learn from you. I just want to improve my accent and of course “spontaneity” . You are so amazing of how you’re restricting yourself from SocMed, very disciplined and it seem like you really know what you want and need to do. ❤💕

Hi, Dear, I really like your way of teaching. I made it I'm working in the biggest call center in the world, you have though me lot, the difference is I'm 45 years old, and in one month I've had to create new brain neurones,,😅and Im still learning how to type fast. Overall the most difficult part is to use the KB tool, and today is one month already working but I'm not sure if I will continue, some mornings I feel like overwhelmed but recently I started doing exercise and it had helped me but ....
