@@sumatran The camera angle gave a good shot, that No. was only one section. On days I suppose there could be 3 to 4 or 5 times that. Guessing. I don’t/won’t surf it They can have that shit fight
The Gold Coast is a sad place. Now I remember why I moved back to Newcastle and have never looked back. That crowd gives me anxiety. I get better surf down here minus the crowd and kooks and Narcissist drop ins. You don't have to live that way people. There's plenty of space along our coasts here I Australia.
Don't tell people there's space elsewhere! The more that move there the better!😁 It's also the kind of people that move there to live and surf that you don't want moving down to Newie! I am just south of the gold coast and unfortunatly you see the attitude spill down this way more and more now. Probably have to move further myself soon.
@@jackdrury18 I lived in cabarita and surfed/bodyboarded the gc and far north nsw for years. completely agree, too many people get out and only think about their waves. have 100 people with that mentality and you get snapper. so sad.
What a phenomenal montage ,that drone perspective really shows the power of the wave , great if they created a paddling out lane to the left of the action as the human speed-bumps ruin the ride of those lucky enough to bag one of these portals . Primo content once again
I prefer wishywish, because like most I'll battle the current wishing for a proper snapper drainer paddling non-stop for 2 hours only to get one wave with 20 cu..NTs dropping in.
I absolutely love that drone angle. I’ve only just started seeing it. Well done and keep ‘em coming
GREAT footage. So many insane rides in solid waves. Maybe it's just the camera angle, but the crowd looks more ridiculous than ever, though.
Counted 110 give or take a few
@@Stevos_HookedonRods4844 Is that more or less than normal?

Another indicator of the human plague.

So true, used to get so many more waves before moving to the GC.
Don't invite them south Clint
What they don't know won't hurt them & we certainly don't want their mentality this way
🤙🤙
Nothing like scoring with a few friends Easy to see why alot people have left the community Oh well Thanks for sharing my friend 👍🤙
This is the reason I miss the 70s 😢

Most of the time it's super easy to paddle out wider as well. Guess everyone just follows the crowd
The waves at 4:40 and the one after, both these blokes live their lives dedicated to surfing. Good job you two, you both stand out
Dude dropped so late. Both these guys stood out to me as well!
That line is insane 😳
Was that lord Vas on the first one stuffing the lid like he should've 🔥🔥👌🏼
So fukn crowded! Its unnerving watching.... how do u guys manage? And yet those golden hours kegs are mind blowing!
beautiful waves. the rest is just sad
So crowded!
An un-ridden wave would be the most crazy
Yeah 🤣
Secret spot.
so glad i just bodysurf almost alone. That's a mess
You're on to it. That'll be my retirement. Body surfing rocks.
4:48 locals doing what locals do
looks like the box
Shh we don’t want it like this
@@deltube. still looks fireing tho
only 500 out... ...neat...
Just curious. Are there ever any fights here?
Good question, I saw a guy who got dropped in on punch out the other guys fins .
I know right .
Also lots of Brazilian surfers out there .
Yes there is fights all the time at pretty much every famous surf break
@@stevenbrule7150 True but this place looks hyper agro!
@@WhiteNacho yea it’s snapper rocks. The aussies don’t play around
fuck thats a sick set up such a shame the 6 roosters that can actually surf it have to dodge 100 donuts floating around been a pain in the arse
😮
Well over a hundred shoulder hopping kooks in the lineup and paddling out. There's no way that all those kooks ever got waves. It's mind boggling.
2hours of watching perfect waves go past 😂
Is everyone a pro? Jeesh
1:12
Nightmare hour
Do Australians like surfing?
Snapper rocks:
no , they are forced to do it by their peers .They prefer drinking beer
So many shoulder hoppers🤦♂️🤦♂️
Where's Whitey when she's really needed?
Sickest right on the East Coast!?????
It looks some sort of joke , there is no surf etiquette at this break.
All I see is stitches way too overcrowded
thanks for not showing the spungers!
Bogans, sharks, jellyfish, and the reef. Australia does not look like a fun place to surf
maybe the most absurd surfing video I've seen lmao
Yep absolutely 👍
Why on earth would you even bother surfing there? It doesn’t even look fun even if you somehow scored a wave
What a joke. There's no enjoyment surfing with that many people.
It can be a lot of fun with a bunch of friends, but not with strangers
Lol 9/10 of those people shouldn’t be there and are just lookyloos

Even 1 out of 10 people out there would be over crowded.
