- When changing label stock on Zebra printers, it's best to perform a label alignment which will resolve printing of cut off ship labels or extra blanks.

Thank you very much! My printer's alignment was off for the first time in 7 years, and it was a bit frustrating trying to figure it out myself. The 2 clicks worked perfectly and now it prints correctly.
What would be causing my labels to wrinkle/crease when printing? I'm near the end of the roll, but it still has plenty of labels left on it. I've checked & they're not creased/wrinkled before they roll through to print. I also wiped down the roller with alcohol to see if that helps, but it did not. It's doing it in diff spots every time I print one.
It could be moisture or the age of the labels. If you put in a new roll is it OK?
@@andyk4819 I've not tried changing the roll, as I hated to waste so many, but I will to check. Thanks for the advice!
Difference between ZP450 and ZP450 CTP?
Same printer - ZP450 is made specifically for UPS. The ZP500/505 is made for FedEx.
Its not printing on the 4x6 area for me, its printing on the bottom of the business card size piece where it shouldn’t, its printing part of the actual label on the receipt part, any suggestions? Please and thank you!
Hey Kevin - That sounds like a label rotation issue. You should be able to do a factory reset - instead of the two flashes, do four flashes. If you still have the problem then it could be your print driver (assuming you're on windows) which is rotating.
@@andyk4819 I have the exact kind of labels you have in the video, so what should I set my label size as, 4x6 or 4 x 8.25?
@@kevinthemayor you fixed it? I have the same issue
