I use a Harbor Freight big stand-up fan deathly helps when it's hot as hell outside
The baffle looks great as does the side panels that Deb painted. And thanks to Deb's selfie video we now know what she looked like 20 years ago! Gurrrr!

The blazer rebuild turned out awesome and the black paint on the walls really gives it a finished look! Much improved overall with six subs now Y’all did a bang up job! Hopefully get a demo some day!

Let me start with i am a basshead from the late 80’s and sold everything when i left for the military in 92’. These past few years i have had the nitch at age 52 to do anouther system in my extended cab 95’ chevy obs. You are a big part of the reason i am moveing forward with my build. Why I hear the black version of the hooligan subs is completely different than the red is this not true just a larger surround by the looks ?
@cristovalmontoya5222 I am pretty sure that the red basket is just the SPL version. So I think it is probably stiffer, and the surround is different, like you said. I have 2 of the black basket high excursion ones, and they are NASTY as hell. They hit hard, sound great, and hit the lows VERY VERY WELL. I definitely recommend them.

Awesome job looks like it gets real nasty‼️ You think those hooligan 8k are jus as good of amps as say a JP83 or Salt 8? Those are the 3 8k amps i been debating on going with for my next build in my truck. Wanna run either 2 or 3 15s which sure 2 15s in my daily truck on 8k will do some damage lol. Dont mind the salt price but if theres other option 8ks that are jus as good if not better im down for suggestions. Not sure if i wanna run .5 ohm or 1ohm if i jus do 2 15s or 1.33 if i do 3 or .667 which i seen the hooligan 8k is .5 stable and others are not
What voltage are you going to run? If 14.8 or under, Salt. If above 14.8, dealers choice. Just my opinion.
@62dobie yeah my trucks voltage is regulated usually runs 14-14.4v definitely gonna switch to lithium when I upgrade to the 8k. That's why I was leaning towards the salt 6 or 8 since it's built to do its power at 12.8v. Jus heard alot of people say Salt amps are jus over priced and Alot more other amps out there way cheaper and does jus as good but my voltage stays in the low to mid 14s an price don't bother me as long as it's a good efficent reliable amp.

Do u mean the Ceramic glowe voltage fuses? In low power systems the difference is negligible but high powered systems Yes go with better fusing and connectors.
