Been wanting to visit this place since you made the hiking video here a year or two ago... At least I know now the ferry can handle automobiles (a good fyi, wasnt so sure before)..

Yes, the ferries a good budget/transport option which cost about $4 and takes 3-4 hours. Personally, I like to get there a bit quicker on the fast boats with Beloi or Compass.

Now that's a very good question and to be honest I have no idea! I only cycle so have never had to worry about fuel... but I'll find out and let you know.
