Lol this is a joke right? Baki is WAY stronger than Sagat. Hell, Ryu beat Sagat. Baki would likely hold up evenly with Gen or Akuma, but nobody else aside Gouken would even touch him.
I see your point, but my counter argument is Sagat is always dubbed as a worthy opponent by anyone he encounters. Ryu beats him yes, but that doesn't not mean he can't beat ryu again, the story just doesn't call for it. Oni's dialogue is a perfect example of this. That being said, baki is tough, would most likely win against Sagat, but the fight would be no joke.

Looks like they recolored Gai Tendo, a King of Fighter character based off of Baki. Unfortunately Baki never got a sick 2D fighting game like this.
