Well, less meets the eye than happens in reality, I am afraid. I was lucky not to come across Audi or BMW-drivers too often. These two kinds of drivers, and in general station wagon drivers are a menace and drive to kill. ;-) On the other hand, I had to make it a point to drive as smoothly as possible not to create more nausea in viewers than was unavoidable. ;-)
it's so pretty! reminds me of uptown dallas in a way. everything being built in the 50's and 60's i guess. and all the trees too. i once was told by a military guy stationed in germany that he could tell i was german because i looked like all the girls there. i guess that's a complement idk, but i'd love to explore germany! and this is a really cool way to sort of do it, thanks!
Hello, yes, you are right... I tried something like that with the museum and the park. In a way this was a first attempt. But maybe it is a basis for a nice tourguide. I will work on that in future videos. Thannks for the comment!
I might've made head-or-tail of all you have said, if the noise/not-appropriate-music or controlled volume were rather done while you edited your video. I believe it would then be far more audible. I shall simply have to find other methods to find out about Düsseldorf before I come again, but this time to spec your property market.
0:01 --> Sound, Voice and Text give me the feeling of a nice ICE-ride through Germany: "Hello, and welcome onboard the ICE 335 from Dusseldorf to Dusseldorf. Our next stop will be Dusseldorf main station in eighteen minutes. We would like to thank all passengers who are leaving us there for chossing Deutsche Bahn today and wish you a pleasant evening."
i like düsseldorf but i hate the bad weather here in north rhine westphalia :( i live near düsseldorf in wuppertal, if somebody will go to spend his holidays in düsseldorf then visit wuppertal we have the schwebebahn :) i hope i will live sometime in the U.S. :)
Thank you for the tour & for bringing back happy memories! I was in Deusseldorf in Dec 1970 to Jan 1971. I remember crossing the *new* Knee Bridge many times, and enjoying beers with friends in the Alt Stadt (not sure of spelling). I would like to return someday!
Thank you for the nice tour around Dusseldorf! We are moving to Dus July 2009 and my kids haven't been there, but watching your video give them an idea of the city!! Have a great day, I look forward to be walking those streets!!

How funny. I am at an airport in the States getting ready to head to Dusseldorf. I used to live in Oberkassel. I miss it so much there. Thanks for the vid.
My old friend went to Meerbusch six months ago. She lives in Durer street now. However, she cannot be contacted. I want to see Durer street by your movie.
It is a great video!. But for me, it would be better to watch not only the streets but the shops, the deparment stores, pubs and other sites of interest.

Köln ist auch schön. Ich trau mich nur nicht mehr über die Ringe zu düsen weil das Blei und die Autos an Fußgängerampeln manchmal so tief fliegen. ;-) Früher bin ich gerne dort gewesen.
