    Thank you so much for providing the diagram with the instructions. I’ve never been able to understand them until this video!!!!

    Love the pattern and results. One needs to be more seasoned at crochet but I some how managed to get back to the beginning tail and have a cute wee neckless for our Nora Rose to wear come St. Patrick's Day. Thank you for your help seeing the possibilities.

    Very cute! Whipped up 20 shamrocks in just a couple hours. Going to give it to my bosses, who lost their son. He was born on St. Patrick's Day.

      Glad you like it! So sorry about your bosses' son, but what a sweet gift to honor him.

    Greatest pattern. Thank you. I went to your web site and discovered that I have previously bought several of your books. Great designs.

      Hi-the size hook you choose will depend on the weight of the yarn you are using. In this case I was using worsted weight (#4) yarn and a 5 mm hook.

    I couldn’t get the hang of it because when you went back the other direction you went so fast it was hard to see where exactly you were putting your hook into. I gave it a shot though.

      Did you follow along with the pattern on the blog post? Maybe that will help. www.edieeckman.com/2019/02/26/free-crochet-pattern-endless-shamrocks-garland/

    Do you have a shamrock border?

    • @EdieEckman
      @EdieEckman  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't have a specific shamrock border, but you could easily make this one into a border by just attaching the top (or bottom) of the shamrock along an edge.

    I love this but I'm not great at reading patterns, I wish the parts were said just a little slower. I had to rewind a lot of times.

    • @EdieEckman

      Did you also follow the written pattern from my blog? I intend for the two to be used together. It's a great way to get better at pattern reading, which opens up so many more possibilities to you. And isn't it great that you can stop TH-cam and rewind to watch as many times as you need?

    Love the pattern just wish the instructions were more beginner friendly.

      I understand. This was not written with beginners in mind. Did you look at the written instructions as well? That will help.

      You can always slow it down or pause and replay what you need to see again. Did you look at the website so you can follow along with the written pattern? I intended for the video to go with the written instructions. And if you want a printed copy with the charts, to make it even easier, there's a link on the blog post that will get you that, too.
