If that house was to be in Beverly Hills it will be worth 10 million it’s not that impressive
I doubt the person is getting the tax break there offering here in Puerto Rico in Beverly Hills as the prices in California are skyrocketing.

I honestly don't know how ugliness could be so expensive. It boggles my mind.
This is by far the worst example of architecture. It's a decorated cavern that must of the time is empty and has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CLIMATE of the place, in this case the tropics. This doesn't speak about what the place of Puerto Rico is. This could be any place in the US or Europe.
Architecture should at least recognize the place instead of BUILDING A COMPLETE artificial environment that requires maintenance. Yes, there are good constructive attributes in it but this is something the human doesn't need for the survival. Commodities like this extricate the possibility of place. With much less people can do much much more, in my opinion. An example is the architect Francis Kere.
A small temple gives more shelter than this.
